I don’t wearthese for work, I wear them all the time, the colour combinations are great, the sizing is good, nice and long, and the quality is great really nice polo shirts

Very comfy boots, some wear very quickly but I’ve had one pair for 2 years and they still look brand new

Great workwear store with very good quality clothing. Polo shirts and sweatshirts fit very well and feel comfortable. Work trousers are also great quality and fit perfectly. Good prices and helpful staff. Definitely recommend.

Early delivery, parcel was delivered 2 days after I ordered it.

I ordered work trousers in my usual size. Typically, my regular trousers would require a belt to stay up. I paid £7 for postage. Upon their arrival, I attempted to try them on, but unfortunately, they were significantly undersized and could not be fastened. The return process requires an application. Once the return is approved, an email is issued outlining very strict conditions for the return. Failure to adhere to any of these conditions will result in the rejection of the refund. I subsequently incurred an £11 charge to return them. I raised with their customer service department that there appears to be a manufacturing inconsistency, as the sizing is clearly inaccurate. I satated im not returning them because I dont like them. I ordered my size and they are not that size regardless of what the tag says. The customer service is the worst I've ever had to deal with. After a lot of back and forth, I was eventually told everything would be refunded. Can you guess what happens next? The postage wasn't refunded. So I'm £18 out of pocket because they are selling wrongly labeled clothing. The customer service department is very unprofessional and will just lie to you so you go away, and to top it all off, my refund, although already taking 7 days to get to this point, will now take another 10 days. My advice would be this. Honestly avoid using this company for anything. Its just not worth it

i made a return week ago and till now no reply..very disappointed

Good quality gear and excellent customer service will definitely be buying from them again

All aspects of purchase were perfect. Ordering,despatch,delivery and price. Jacket is exactly what I wanted.

Ordered a work jacket, paid £6.95 for DPD 1 to 3 days delivery, after 7 days I had to email to find out they have delays from suppliers, I requested a refund by Friday if not delivered, was advised item picked and will be dispatched fri or mon, then had email straight after advising due to high demand for black Friday in November they are no longer doing the jacket??? Very untruthful to customers, not good customer service when you have to chase when item doesn't arrive, they did refund in full and was in PayPal the next day, makes you wonder how they stay in business ????

First package got damaged by DPD and returned which took over a week. Then when I tried to get sorted was promised my order was added to urgent list after another week of waiting phoned to be told they never resent the items so requested and got a refund. Will never ever use veltuff again my first and last experience. Absolutely shocking service received

Well I thought I would give Veltiff a go … So placed an ordered, with a fairly good check out process, I Paid via Apple Pay, and then noticed the postage in the UK was £15 on the receipt.
But I thought maybe it’s worth it, and placed the order, received today and guess what… Yep totally wrong order.

Useless..

Highly recommended company great workwear will be using them again
