AVOID this scam company! Not based in UK as portrayed, but China. Bought the microinfusion serum kit before realising. I would never inject products into my skin from an unregulated country, so emailed to ask for a refund but no reply. Going to try and reclaim money from Klarna but don’t hold out much hope.

The serum doesn't come out ont waste your money

I’ve had a rashes on my hand
And wrist when I tried it first before I put it on my face. It’s not feeling right. It’s very itchy and sore and red !!!

Absolutely rubbish quality. Dont even bother.
The IPL LASER does NOT work!!

I emailed for weeks regarding a quality issue and because id thrown the box, (because i didnt expect it to be shit) they said they wouldn't do anything about it. So, stuck with a lump of plastic. More fool me. I shouldn't have bought from them

I advise no one else to bother!

Lux skin micro infusion….not worth it

I purchased one month’s supply of each kit- glass skin, anti ageing and PDRN. Although they do seem to be nice, and I wake up with nice skin the next day I’m not sure they do much. I also see lots of Facebook ads saying to use this instead of Botox, which is bulk as they worn completely differently.

Let’s start about the serum, the vial themselves are very fiddly to open. I’ve only had one so far open like it should, the rest I have had to pull open the metal with tweezers as it’s quite tough and sharp and I did cut my fingers once. There is so much serum! It says to use it all in one session. You’d have to have an enormous face to use it all! I don’t think it can be used again so it’s such a waste.

The roller- this is a complete disappointment. I followed the instructions and kept it tipped upside down, but in all honestly you have to shake it every roll to get it to dispense the serum out like it should. So it takes ages to do your face.

I was going to use all the boxes before reviewing, but it’s so fiddly and time consuming I have a proper micro needling pen and I’m going to use that and apply the serums after. It will be easier I think.

I also got some face masks from there- nothing special again I think you can get better online. I also got some microneedle eye masks as well- again not sure these do much and you can buy exactly the same on Amazon only cheaper. I think I will actually use my proper pen to do my under eyes.

The products are not terrible, just quite underwhelming.

LED Lux face mask for $155 is the best in comfort and convenience, it's exactly like wearing a costume mask. The built in goggles for your eye area perfectly sealing out the light away from your eyes. It has an auto shut button per 30minutes. It's made to use on bare, cleansed skin, it has a Velcro strap to strap the mask to your head. You can barely notice it on when you're wearing it if it wasn't for the closed visibility range. Red, blue and yellow lights. Approx 70 led button lights which doesn't sound much in comparison to other much more expensive device it offers gigs coverage nevertheless. The only thing with the is that you don't have the neck attachment but I got mine in a bundle deal with the head held neck one for a discount. I don't know interest of results but I've tried a few masks on and this has got to be the most painless and light mask that I've found. I'll have it on while I'm working on the laptop, cooking, etc, but then I've got to remember to do my neck later before bed. My unwinding. It's a pain that you've got to manually use the neck one holding it in your hand.

I am extremely disappointed with this company. I purchased an item two weeks ago, and as soon as it arrived, I requested a refund. Since then, I have received absolutely no response. Emails and messages have been ignored, and it feels like once they took my money, they completely stopped caring about customer service.

A reliable company should respect customers and process refunds promptly, not leave them chasing endlessly. This has been a frustrating and unprofessional experience, and I would strongly advise others to think twice before ordering here.

Products are poor quality. The led sculpture wand & micro needle roller both do not work. Contacted company they responded and asked for videos which I sent. Since then no communication from them. Do not use this company

They are a con delivery not received and false tracking information. Don't touch them with a barge pole

I’m not sure if this actually works or not as I bought mine off of eBay but the woman said it was genuine as she bought two one was still sealed but when it arrived, the box looked really fake. The barcode did not scan correctly and when I opened it upit looked fake not like the ones that you see on the adverts so I still don’t know if this one works or not because I wouldn’t trust it near my face but they are the one I have looks nothing like the one on the actual website but people I have spoken to through Facebook. I’ve told me 90% of this does not work anyway, and it’s a waste of time and they harvest your details from their website so I’m glad I didn’t realistically buy it through their website in the first place.

The product was easily ordered and delivered quickly

I was sceptical at first due to reading reviews. I’ve not had a bad experience. Delivery was fine. Taken a week (ish) to arrive and there has been a significant difference in my skin. I’m using the micro infusion kit (anti aging) it’s a home kit from China so don’t expect 5*. However I feel it’s done amazing results for my skin. It’s a lot more smoother, tighter and my jaw line is more defined after 12wks of using. Got another 6wks worth to use!

It's been 10 days since I ordered the lux cove 7 in 1 facial sculpture and I haven't received it yet, just keep saying "on its way"!! The money went straight from my bank account however...you can't get the money back. Avoid!!

I placed an order late at night and emailed them in the morning to cancel my order after reading its Chinese cosmetics. Not uk fda approved. They stated it had been in shipping for 7 hrs and couldn't cancel.. they didn't start my order until 2 hrs after I emailed to cancel to be lied to again them saying it was already processed packed and shipped. This was on the 13th today I emailed about the lies as my tracking stated it had been shipped today 2 days later and that if I return it ill get 90 day money back guarantee of store credit or exchange. Im not happy at all. Avoid

Shopping was easy and delivery was quick

The promise of “90 day money back guarantee” is fake, they won’t refund you, they’ll offer you store credit. I’ve reported them to the ACCC. Products are made in China, and I won’t use skin products from an unregulated country- Chinese people don’t even use Chinese-made skincare. Avoid at all costs!

Shocking.
Still waiting for my return package of a faulty product which I paid extra $40 for express postage to reach warehouse …. Mmm 5 weeks after it arrived in CHINA. Must be being delivered on foot! Using the tracking as an excuse not to refund me $200. Knowing the aus post tracking system doesn’t work there. Dirty tactics unprofessional.

Now 6 weeks since date of return postage.
