This company states Lux Skin UK. The company is in CHina. Offers 90 day money back guarantee, what they don’t tell you is that you have to return the item to CHINA. I bought LED facial hair removal - does not work..

Ordered 2 items, paid for delivery of £4.99 which cost more than the items. Items delivered to store not home address. Am disabled & unable to collect that’s why I picked & paid for delivery. Requested a refund.

Good Morning,

I can confirm that you have selected delivery to store. Delivery to a store does also have a delivery fee of £3.95. When a click and collect order is placed, the order is selected from our warehouse and delivered to the store via couriers. It is due to this that we have a delivery charge for the items to be delivered to the store of your choice. Shop floor stock does not affect click and collect orders. We ensure that the price of the delivery options are stated at the point of sale so customers are aware of the charges for the different services we offer.

On arrival you will need to provide valid proof of ID to match the customer who placed the order. Your order will be held at your chosen store for 10 days. If you haven't collected your order by the end of this period, your order will be returned to our warehouse and you will be issued with a refund.

We have checked this with TNT and it appears that delivery was attempted twice but was refused. Once the order got back to us we processed a full refund for it.

Wooden candle holder - AVIOD

I order a wooden candle holder, very poor quality, wrong item sent. Ordered To my Man, limited addition, received, To my Wife?? Will never be able to put candles in due the the small hole made in wood. Requested a returns address & refund, which as been avoided & ignored. Please do not buy, poor customer service & a rip off!’ Cost me £31. What a joke!!!
