Worst company ever

Worst company ever! Customer service is none existent. They take days- weeks to reply.
After receiving 2 faulty items in 2 different parcels. They told me in future I need to contact them first. Erm yes I did on several platforms, but you do not reply!
Now they have added on a delivery protection fee!!! That is already selected, unless you notice it and unselect it. You are getting charged! Surely that is illegal.
Please beware and do not use this company!

Awful company

First order I made they sent two completely different items to what I ordered. I tried to contact them on what’s app, as per their website instructs. No reply. In the end I just returned them.
Then 6 days later I finally had a reply by e mail, stating they cannot reply by what’s app and in future to contact them regarding any issues before returning! Erm I did!!
Next order I made was for a jogging suit, the top and bottoms were a completely different shade! They were supposed to be matching like on the website. I have tried to contact them regarding this by e mail, again no reply, so I returned once again.
Yet I have received an e mail yesterday to state that they are deducting £8.99 from my refund!! Again I have tried to contact them & no reply!
Terribly run company, awful customer service! Had 2 chances from me. Never again!

Products are poor quality. The led sculpture wand & micro needle roller both do not work. Contacted company they responded and asked for videos which I sent. Since then no communication from them. Do not use this company

Absolutely disgusting company.

Absolutely disgusting company.
Purchased through Compare.com. Which stated unlimited call outs.
After paying for and receiving my policy documents cover only today. I find out it
is limited to 1 call out per year!
Tried to cancel policy- no customer service to talk to!
Tried to cancel policy on the portal. They take that many cancellation fees I would only get a £2 refund! This is within 24hrs of getting the policy.
Please do not use this company. Absolute thieves. It is a scam.
I have now reported this to the financial ombudsman & Compare.com

Customer service is shocking

Customer service is shocking! Cannot get hold of them.
They finally replied on what’s app. Then ended the conversation, before I could send my response, so I did not even get to talk to anyone! They then sent another message asking me to leave my honest feedback on Trustpilot. Mentioning I spoke to Nic! I have not spoke to you, you ended the conversation. I again sent a message to you! Another response telling me you will be in touch in another 24hours! Not good customer service at all

Faulty products & customer service none existent

I have purchased 2 times x2 strawberry ice disposable 600 elf bars. They were not strawberry ice, even though they stated strawberry ice on the product. More of a cream flavour. I have verified their authenticity their your site. Tried to contact with absolutely no response. Customer service is none existent

I amended my review! After Daniel sorted out the issue

Terrible service all round! I tried and tried to book and pay a deposit on a holiday! Wouldn’t work- kept telling me to trying a different card or to call them. The phone lines were closed. Eventually it worked. Then I realised it had booked the wrong flight. I have e mailed & had a response which didn’t help me and just told me to call. Was on hold for 4 hours! When I reached position number 1. I was cut off!! Absolutely shocking. I am now on hold again! It’s over 2 hours this time. Its been less than 24hours since the booking was made. At this rate I’m not getting through to them. I have messaged on social media also! E mailed again. Tried the live chat (no one connects on there). Usually I use Jet2, I will stick with them in the future. Really really disappointing

I have amended my review to 5 stars! As when finally getting through to someone (Daniel) who is awesome! Sorted my issue. Don’t give up trying to get hold of them. They are super busy, but Daniel on live chat sorted it no problem

Don’t use this company

Customer service is shocking! They just reply with the same message on here, saying they have e mailed you and are waiting for a response. However they just send you the same automated e mails over and over again!

Ordered an item, which I am trying to return and get a refund on. However I can’t because I have to email first and then get an authorisation number. Which isn’t normally the case with other companies. I’ve e mailed and still no reply. Which is worrying.


In reply to your response on trust pilot I have had no reply from you in my inbox or junk mail?
The last e mail I have had from you was on the 31/01. Telling me to be patient as your all still working from home! Definitely nothing sent to me on the 01/02.
So I will continue to wait for my authorisation code to be able to return the product

Update- The e mail you sent to me I had already replied to. (Which is just an automated email). Please do not keep sending me the same e mail & just allow me to return the product.
I have replied to it again. Please reply

Update- Again! You have sent me the same automated e mail. To which I have already replied to twice, with all the info you have asked for.
I have sent you the same reply again, for the 3rd time.
What is going on? Is this some type of joke?

They have been the same exact e mails that you have sent to me as a reply!
I have today at last received an e mail that you have wrote. So thank you. I have replied to it. (Though your automated e mail, which I have received 5 times already, was sent in reply).
I look forward to receiving a real reply with instructions how to return the item!

Extremely long delivery

Extremely long delivery. Ordered on the 15th Jan. Only just received e mail today saying that they have dispatched.

Answer to your reply- no one has tried to get in touch with me & I have still not received the parcel.
