Misleading information

Misleading information, product not as described, advertise as 6 bottles but only 4 in box. Poor customer service. Total rip off will not use again

The product description clearly and accurately states that the kit contains 4 vials. At no point do we advertise or claim that the box includes 6 bottles.

We take product information very seriously and ensure all details are transparently listed on the product page to avoid confusion. Unfortunately, this appears to be a misunderstanding rather than misleading information.

Just awful middlemen utilising cheap and sloppy subcontracts, always trying the upsell , full of excuses and try to buy off complaints for £25 a pop . For the sake of saving £100 !! Never again

Always an excuse for a delay

Always an excuse for a delay , never their fault , but doesn’t happen with other couriers, I wonder why? The always give a delivery date then reschedule on the day . It happens every time with UPS . At least stuff arrives , eventually so only slightly better than DPD who just ‘lose’ things and don’t deliver

Drop shippers based in china

Drop shippers based in china . Flooded with emails trying to change order , obviously due to stock issues , and delays the dispatch so 2 weeks from payment and order not even dispatched. Who knows if and when it will arrive . All that to save £20 . Avoid

Really poor customer service

Really poor customer service , rude staff, do not honour warranty repairs and justify a 45 min appointment taking 2.5 hours by referral to small print on T&Cs . They are not even cheap and don’t use genuine apple parts !

First delivery went missing ( allegedly) 2nd delivery sent after payment dispute raised but took forever to arrive . Lots of excuses and blaming courier, after several tracking numbers it arrived…. and then it’s not a genuine product!!

CAT manifold (BM one) didn’t fit…

CAT manifold (BM one) didn’t fit (Corsa D) , had to grind part of casing to clear water pump and support bracket not aligned ( had to fab own bracket) , despite checking these issue several times on emails , chat and pictures. Didn’t have time to return . Not recommended

Ordered 5 items to collect . On morning of collection , got msg to say out of stock . Went to collect and thought I’d check store and what’s on the top stock shelf
? 2 packs of the ‘out of stock item’ . Obviously packer too lazy to get them down
