Great experience …
Very easy to book vehicle in for the air conditioning work I required
Started a Google search for the work at 10am Saturday, found IN’n’OUT and the job was completed by 11.30am.
The staff were professional and polite. The cost of the work was very reasonable and completed in the estimated time.
Would consider using for any future work.

Excellent Service from Start to Finish
We recently visited this garage in Coventry for an oil and filter change, and we were extremely impressed with the service.
From the moment we arrived, we received a warm welcome. The team was polite, professional, and very efficient. The work was carried out quickly, and the waiting area was clean and comfortable.
A special mention goes to the receptionist, who was exceptionally friendly, attentive, and helpful throughout our visit. The whole experience was smooth and stress-free.
We are very pleased with the excellent service and will certainly recommend this garage to all our friends. Thank you!

I've used this particular branch @ Brackmills for a few years now. James at the front desk is always a perfect gent. Mechanics that work there are really good at what they do, so I would defo recommend to anyone.

The service as always, was brilliant. Booking and paying on line was easy and the contact throughout the process, via text message, was super helpful. In the garage, Roekh was very polite and professional. The MOT and subsequent repair were completed within a very short time frame and was excellent value for money.

Professional and honest
The garage was extremely professional and honest about the repairs on my car. It is the first time in a long time that I don't feel taken advantage of being a woman nor knowing things about cars.
I will definitely use them again in the future, even if they are out of my way.

They expect a 15-year-old car to be in the same condition as a new one. Every tiny detail, even those unrelated to road safety, is inspected. They also carry out a more thorough inspection during a retest, rather than checking only the failed items. Overall, I wouldn't recommend it unless your car is new or in near-perfect condition.
