I recently purchased a home gym package through gymandfitness.com.auand honestly couldn’t be happier with the experience from start to finish. Lachy was absolutely outstanding to deal with. Rather than just trying to sell me equipment, he actually took the time to understand my experience level, goals, space, and what would realistically work best for me long term.
His knowledge of the brands and equipment was incredibly impressive, and after dealing with him it’s easy to understand why he’s been with the company for so long. He put together a package that was tailored perfectly to my needs, including a number of additions and accessories I never would have considered myself, but once he explained the reasoning behind them, they made complete sense and genuinely improved the overall setup.
The communication throughout the entire process was excellent. Lachy was extremely responsive, answered every question thoroughly, and made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. It never felt pushy — just genuine advice from someone who clearly knows the industry and cares about getting the right outcome for the customer.
My order arrived today, and everything has been a seamless experience so far. I’m genuinely excited to get it all assembled and start using it. This was easily one of the best sales and customer service experiences I’ve had in a very long time, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Gym and Fitness — especially Lachy — to anyone looking to build a quality home gym setup.

Quality chin-up bar
I was hunting for a quality chin up bar, and after researching reviews from different brands became a little unsure about the purchase. I found these guys, made an enquiry to the online support about dimensions, and the online customer service was the gold standard. So, my mind was made up. The product arrived 48 hours later, and after using it for a month, I gladly report that it was exactly what i was looking for and more (the Harbinger Multi Gym Elite, if anyone needs the perfect chin up bar, 10/10).
