Fist of all the delivery was so late like a week then the top it off they sent out the wrong product now they said to me it was going to be sent out again the next day and it didn’t I am still waiting ! so I’ll won’t be buying anything from this company again very bad communication very bad customer service

Just had the HARISON Discover B11Eco Home Upright Exercise Bike delivered, easy to assemble, great machine.
I have had many items from Gym Direct over the years,
from Barbells, olympic plates and racks, their product range is extensive, great quality at a reasonable price.

Bad costumer service. Sent 4 emails and called them already twice just asking for new weights stickers for a pin loaded machine that I bought from them. Never go back to me. Machine quality - very average

The whole experience was smooth. The website was easy to navigate, checkout was quick, and delivery arrived on time without any fuss. Haven’t put the weights through a workout yet, but they feel solid and well-built straight out of the box. My first impression is very positive. Looking forward to putting them to use.

Nothing wrong with Gym Direct happy with them the company but the haulage company are terrible. They delivered to the wrong address which is an hours drive away and didn’t inform me and I only found out when I had to chase them up after being a couple Weeks late and they were no help at all with trying to help arrange to get it here

I can't rate the product at this point in time because it hasn't arrived. Was advised when I placed and paid for my order that I would receive a tracking email (not received yet) so that I could track my order.
Follow up email was sent 1.5 weeks after I placed my order asking about the status of my order being delivered and no reply as yet (another week and a half).

I ordered a Bike Erg and paid for it on the 19/11. I had to remind that they hadn't sent out dispatch details. It is the 4/12/24 and I still don't have it. Poor reply. Poor service and absolutely pathetic delivery service. That's without even having the product. This will be interesting. Don't ORDER from this company.

GD has the best equipment for the best price.

I have been ordering from GD for 9 years. Haven't once been disappointed with their product or service. I have heaps of equipment from them.

I live in a regional area. GD contracts reliable & prompt delivery services.

Their equipment is solid, and easy to assemble.

I would never buy workout equipment from anybody else.

Cancel your gym membership. Buying from GD will pay for itself in a couple of years. Plus, you get to work out in your own time, to your own music, in your own space.

Fast delivery and a reasonable product for the price.

The tracking info never updated so I was unable to be informed on my delivery as it progressed... luckily I have a door cam as the ONLY option available on the website for postage included an authority to leave unattended that I could NOT disable.

I will likely purchase from here again, I guess at least I'll know not to expect much with tracking.

I have had maybe 300 spam emails since my initial purchase, many of them in the 2 days I was awaiting information. I wasn't going to bother with a review but someone keeps spamming me to do so, so here it is.

Don't send spam cart abandonment emails after making me fill in all my details just to find out your delivery rates are a rip. At what point did I give permission to store my email and reach my inbox?

During the course of this order my personal privacy was breached, as my email address was sent to many other GymDirect customers. Really disappointing and unacceptable. May not order from GymDirect again.

Good infrastructure. The dumbells and barbells are my top workouts
