Great service, not so great technology
FreedomHealth offer a great, efficient and engaging service. I feel comfortable addressing some difficult and personal issues.
My only negative comment is the website is not great, it often has glitches, it doesn't really allow you to do repeat orders, and I have had issues where it has lost the adders details submitted for an order. All was resolved quickly by the team, but it needs work.
