high blood pressure over several years …
high blood pressure over several years and recently checked again after felling below par for a month so wife sent me to doctors... 58 year old ex Fire Brigade/train min twice a week / eat well and not excessive alcohol. Doctor takes blood pressure high 148 / 89 and send bloods off...8 out of 10 ok....bad cholesterol 6.8 and low iron....says doing risk factor am 8.5 % not the 10 % for statins NOT HAPPY as something not right....puts me on waiting list for 24 hr blood pressure monitoring with local council.!? ( could take 1 month) not happy search internet find freedomhealthonline and explain via online form...get reply for more details from doctor..send these off and agrees need statins....get within 24hrs...feeling lot better and going for blood pressure check next week to see if working ok....I expect all will be fine. WHY WAIT FOR SOMETHING TO HAPPEN....TAKE ACTION TO REDUCE RISK.

FreedomHealth...when your GP says no but you need the prescription.

The System Works
Ordered a drug online as I am going overseas and needed to increase the quantity allowed on NHS. The odering system is simple and the whole process from order to delivery was very fast
