I first approached David for mortgage and first time buyer advice in 2019. Despite not being in a position to buy at the time, David still took the time to talk through my financial position and options available. I left with a much better understanding of the processes involved, and the steps I could take to improve my finances and mortgage options. I remained in contact with David over the following years as my financial positioned changed, and he continued to provide valuable knowledge and guidance.

In 2025 I finally found a suitable property, and the support I had received from David in previous years meant there was no hesitation to contact him to help secure a mortgage. As a first time buyer, and buying a new build property, it felt like there was a lot to do - but David took all the stress out of the process. From arranging the mortgage in principle, to talking through options for conveyancing and income protection, David took the time to talk through all the steps and options available, helping me navigate my home buying journey. David was happy to answer any questions I had and was always willing to talk through options in detail. He provided timely updates and regular communication throughout the process - and was quick to help provide solutions whenever challenges arose - nothing was ever too much trouble.

I have no hesitation in recommending David and will certainly be using him again when it's time to remortgage.
