My first shop and I’m so very pleased ! Ordered some items for a themed party. Was kept up to date regarding delivery so thought it was via courier. I Hadn’t expected a bagless delivery as I thought it would be arriving in a box ! The driver was amazing! Gave me bags and helped packed them

Having found citrus vinegar for making salad dressing on a visit to France some years ago sourcing it in England is not so easy but Europafoods can provide it and deliver quickly and efficiently with helpful, friendly customer service I shall be back.

I ordered several Bonne Maman cakes and biscuits. They're all delicious and delivered on time. One item, a bar of chocolate wasn't sent but they didn't charge me for it so I guess it was unavailable. All in all, great service.

Be careful, don't trust the pictures, description or delivery weight. It seemed to good to be true and believe me it was! Bit of a rip off to be honest. Delivery was fast but also a rip off! Not worth the battle with Customer service by the look of it. I will definitely not be entertaining any more products or purchases from this site!

It's really good that they can even supply fresh (French in my case) food items outside of London but the lengths they go to to pack them for transit are exemplary. The ice cubes hadn't even defrosted. And all fresh items I ordered are within date too!
All I can say is "chapeau" !

Very good shopping experience. It’s a place you can order some good items not available at local supermarkets. The staff called when one item is back ordered and discussed about the delivery date. Emails were sent before the delivery. All items arrived on nice condition. Will buy from them again.

Ordered an item today Order Number is 410991. The item was due to be delivered on the Wednesday - arrived a day late no communication on the item arriving late

The item arrived as one bottle. Have asked for a refund the WORSE possible customer service have been dealing with someone called Kat

If you are based in the UK would recommend not buying from them - customer service is non existent and false advertising

Good selection of French items and reasonable prices. Postage was quick and also a reasonable price (to outside London). There was a mix-up with a couple of my items, but the correct ones were immediately sent out when I pointed out the mistake. Great to find a place I can get things I’m missing from France, and very happy to order from them in future.
