The worst customer service ever
No respect or professionalism.
They are trying to fraud you by holding your money and never send the item , waiting for 6 weeks and never get my vacuum or the money either.
Completely unacceptable service
Completely unacceptable service — 6 weeks of lies and excuses
• Ordered a Dyson wand Dec 8, promised delivery 1–3 working days.
• Weeks of conflicting information: out of stock, in stock, different colors offered, but nothing delivered.
• Original order still not refunded after 6 weeks we cancelled it since we still got the information that it was out of stock. But when we cancelled the order a different color was in stock so we made a new order and a new payment.
• Repeated attempts to speak with a manager on the phone or get a status update ignored — only generic replies: “we have sent your request to the correct department.”
• Calls escalated even more, information that refund would take more than 14 days, despite the previous information on 3-5 working days.
• Result: we have no product, no refund, no clear answers, and have been unable to use our vacuum or clean our home for over a month.
• This is misleading, incompetent, and completely unacceptable, especially from a brand that claims premium customer service.
We talked to them today, same answers ”when the order was made the product was out of stock, but I can see now that the product is in stock do you wish to cancel this order and create a new order and payment for the product? You will have it in 3-5 working days”.
We have confirmation from our bank that we have a payment settlement and a email from Dyson stating the same. But today they also shared the happy news that ” no payment has been done in the previous order”.
This is totally insane, and suprise- no manager have contacted us at all.
Airwrap broken after 6 months and no response from customer support
Airwrap broken after 6 months. Customer service says that the unit will be fixed since waranty is 3 years. But no information on where to send the unit is shared. "A shipping lavel will be sent tomorrow" they say every time. But now it has been three months and 20 calls. Still no return label. Stay away from this deceiving company!

Enligt Dyson.se så ska kundtjänst via Whatsapp vara öppet 09:00 - 18:00 under helger. Skriver man till deras Whatsapp får man till svar "Please note that our opening hours are Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm. Saturday from 9am to 2pm. Do not hesitate to contact us during these hours and we will be happy to help you."

Unhappy extremely dissatisfied
I am extremely dissatisfied with how Dyson treats their clients. I purchased a hair dryer that malfunctioned almost immediately after the first use due to an overheating issue caused by a filter problem. When I contacted Dyson support, I explicitly requested a replacement because, from my experience, if a product has issues within the first few months, it will continue to have problems. To add, I can understand that they propose to repair a product after a year or two of use, but brand new one should be replaced right away! However, Dyson informed me that they could not replace the product, and I would have to go through the repair process.
Maybe because it is a Black Friday products? Some products with defaults were proposed?
This situation is particularly frustrating because, with the Christmas period and approaching holidays, it is always challenging to receive products on time. I needed the hair dryer primarily for the holidays. Therefore, the lack of a replacement policy for a brand-new product forces me to endure the hassle of repairs. Additionally, Dyson cannot offer me the same price I initially paid if I decide to purchase a new one, which is not a good image neither. Despite my frustration, my daughter, in her adolescent naivety, still wants the product.
One send for repair it is difficult to manage for customers as well, especially in this holiday season when people are away and can not pick up on time. Customer support can not say anything about it.
Overall, I am deeply disappointed with the entire Dyson process and their customer service experience. Even if customer is frustrated, customer service should not show any signs of annoyance. I previously had an issue with a vacuum cleaner within its two-year warranty, and I did not face this much difficulty. So I understand why know Dyson has such poor client satisfaction. My past experience was much better. I can confidently say that I will never consider purchasing from Dyson again.

I have been waiting for them to send me a new machine for 1 month now. Everything I call they blame it on another department. They can’t give out any contact info to anyone that can take responsibility. I would never recommend them!! Being such a big company and having the worst service is mind blowing!
V11 trigger
The trigger on our V11 broke from the inside due to weak quality. It's a known issue. However, I contacted Dyson support through the Whatsapp-service they have and the communication went smooth. The customer support said that the fix is easy and that I just need to buy the trigger when it's back in stock.
I've been selling Dyson for a very known corporation and I know for a fact that their spare parts division truly SUCKS! The parts are always out of stock and they can never confirm when it will be in stock again. Knowing this made me order a third party (stronger trigger) from Amazon and I changed the part myself.
Not everybody are handy and can do this because there are sensitive and small parts to consider.
It's truly embarrassing that they sell a "premium" machine and their reparation service is one of the worst I've encountered. I rather take my money to Samsung or Bosch only because of this reason alone. Otherwise I love the machine when it works.

I bought a dyson airwrap-id and payed for it. Did not recive eny product and when calling them the answer is we cant find Payment. After transaction copy from bank still nothing!!

This is the worst support I have ever experienced. I had to call 5-6 times and repeat the same thing over and over again, and always the same answer that the case should be expedited fast and that a return slip will be sent within 48 hours. But of course, nothing happens. Even questions about whether there are spare parts could not be answered. No I say goodbye, I will never buy a Dyson product again. Give me back an hour and two weeks of waiting unnecessarily.

Purchased 2 airwraps 5 years ago that each came with 2 brushes they didn't have in stock.
Was told i'd be contacted when to pick up the 4 brushes.
5 years later, many store visits, calls, emails and whatsapp chats and never received the 4 products.

I used to be a satisfied Dyson customer. That changed completely when my V12 vacuum started shutting off after just a few seconds of use. While still under warranty, I reached out to Dyson support – only to be met with an AI chatbot that offered no real help whatsoever.
It is beyond frustrating to invest in a premium product that breaks twice, only to be forced to interact with a scripted AI that doesn’t listen, doesn’t solve anything, and makes it impossible to reach a real person. There was no meaningful support. No technician. No follow-up. Just a wall of automation and generic replies.
I genuinely expected more from a company that claims to stand for innovation and quality. What I got was zero accountability and the worst support experience I’ve had with any brand.
Never again. I will not be buying another Dyson product – not because of the vacuum itself, but because of how utterly terrible the support is when something goes wrong. If this is what Dyson calls customer service, they’ve lost all my trust.
In January I purchased a Dyson Airwrap™…
In January I purchased a Dyson Airwrap™ multi-styler with a broken barrel (30 mm). Since January I have been writing to customer service almost every 2 weeks and following the situation. Even though I spent so much time for a barrel, each time I get answers like this: it is not in stock and we will let you know when it is in stock. A really funny and annoying experience. I have many Dyson devices including vacuum cleaners and dryers in my home and if I had known that there was such a customer service policy, I would have gone and bought from another brand. Also, after this experience, I will choose another brand even if it was free. If my machine was broken instead of the barrel, you would have made me wait 4 months for nothing.
Worst customer support ever
Worst customer support ever , they yell at customer , no apologies whatsoever for deliveries which are paid and not delivered . They trust their delivery partner UPS ( which by the way is another worst example of customer support ) and if UPS says delivered they mark delivery delivered and then expect customers to follow up with UPS . If I am paying you for your products and if product is not reached me they should own some responsibility but instead they just raise case and tell us we do not know when case will be resolved . Already regretting buying from Dyson .

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. The only option to contact customer support is through online Chat (Sweden) and then after waiting for 6 hours in the queue for chat and finally getting connected to an agent they just go offline. The same thing happened yesterday - won't be ordering anything online again. Will need to contact the credit card to cancel the order as there is no way to reach Dyson customer support.
