Really liked the brand. Made a big order and 40eur worth of products did not get sent. Waited 3 weeks for delivery too. Ruined Christmas. Never buying again.

Their reply? - they sent it in a separate delivery. However, no email with that delivery number ever existed. No refunds, no remorse. They can keep the 40eur but never buying little dutch again. - and yes, this was the official website.

Purchased 2 airwraps 5 years ago that each came with 2 brushes they didn't have in stock.

Was told i'd be contacted when to pick up the 4 brushes.

5 years later, many store visits, calls, emails and whatsapp chats and never received the 4 products.

Awful customer service.
