In January I purchased a Dyson Airwrap™…

In January I purchased a Dyson Airwrap™ multi-styler with a broken barrel (30 mm). Since January I have been writing to customer service almost every 2 weeks and following the situation. Even though I spent so much time for a barrel, each time I get answers like this: it is not in stock and we will let you know when it is in stock. A really funny and annoying experience. I have many Dyson devices including vacuum cleaners and dryers in my home and if I had known that there was such a customer service policy, I would have gone and bought from another brand. Also, after this experience, I will choose another brand even if it was free. If my machine was broken instead of the barrel, you would have made me wait 4 months for nothing.
