At first my experience with Dyson customer service was not the most positive. Much frustration at the lack of response. My phone call with Maria at customer service changed this. Maria quickly understood the problem at hand, took care of it, called me back after only 15 minutes and had sorted out everything. She was a real professional and very pleasant to deal with. Even afterwards she made sure all other paperwork was being adjusted. A real gem!
