Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. The only option to contact customer support is through online Chat (Sweden) and then after waiting for 6 hours in the queue for chat and finally getting connected to an agent they just go offline. The same thing happened yesterday - won't be ordering anything online again. Will need to contact the credit card to cancel the order as there is no way to reach Dyson customer support.

Quick delivery and the perfumes I ordered smell just like the originals and last all day. I was sceptical at first but very impressed now that I've tried it!

They ran away with my weeks holding deposit and gave the flat to someone else

I thought Savills was meant to be a reputable company but are actually very shady. I paid in a weeks rent as a holding deposit in December. They reassured me everything was ready for the move-in date, but on the very day of the move-in called to say that references had not been completed by the referencing company and that the only way is to pay a year of rent upfront, which I refused (this was never discussed previously). Even though the payment site states clearly that the holding deposit will be refunded unless the tenant pulls out of the offer, or should they provide inaccurate details, they have still not returned the deposit and are not responding to emails.

Amazing customer service

Excellent customer service and my Kay Michaels jacket looks amazing! I ordered with standard delivery and received it within just a couple days of placing the order plus the team are super friendly and customer minded! Definitely recommend and will be ordering from them again in the future!!!
