Ordered some levers that and the box unfortunately arrive pretty banged up, as they weren’t well packaged in shipment, and I felt they were possibly used. After raising my concern I swiftly got a call... See more

I ordered a pair of footrests
I ordered a pair of footrests. Unfortunately they did not fit my 2014 t100. A return was agreed but it seems that either a lack of commutation or short staff resulted in no response to my calls or emails for nearly two weeks. Other than that, all good.
Poor service
Booked bike in for a service and MOT as they are my nearest Triumph dealer. Three strikes:
1. When I collected bike I was told they hadn't done the MOT, despite this being very clearly requested when booking.
2. Mechanic broke the seat fixing so replaced it with a different sized bolt without asking or even telling me - so then wasn't carrying correct Allen key.
3. Took the bike to GTC in Guildford for an MOT (recommended by the way) who told me the tyre pressures (specifically mentioned as having been corrected in the service) were far too high (which explained slightly off handling post service!).
Bonneville T120
I picked up my Bonneville just over a week ago, and I am well pleased with it! Abby was very efficient, helpful and knowledgable. I've already clocked up enough miles for it to be just about ready for its first service, so it goes in next week. The lads in the Service Department do an excellent job too.

Great experience
Bought a Bonneville Bobber and couldn't have been happier with the experience. Abigail was super knowledgeable and approachable. The whole process of part exchanging and purchasing took less than an hour. They're a great dealer that makes you feel welcomed and appreciated. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy a new Triumph.
Exceptional!
Recommended to me by Heather at Nortons Motorcycle Training in Worthing and I’m so pleased I followed her advice!
Abby is brilliant - professional, incredibly knowledgeable and so patient! She has a genuine willingness to help get the best for customers which is really refreshing!
Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to others 🤘🏻
Just Brilliant
Just Brilliant. From the moment I walked into the Solent Branch, Everyone was happy and welcoming. After suggesting some accessories for my Triumph, Cara ordered them for me and promised to get them to me the next day and that's exactly what she did. So thank you so much.
Screen arrived promptly and undamaged…
Screen arrived promptly and undamaged despite the box it was in being partly crushed. Sale bargain!
Distant Online Buying
Distant Online Buying,
Having been looking for a while to purchase a bike,
I came across this bike online from Destination Triumph.
All looked fine from the video link. I was Happy enough to make the deal. They are 552 miles away from my location. I paid £7500 plus £250 for pick of the bike to be delivered.
Few days later it arrived. I gave it the once over but wanted it checked over professionally for my own peace of mind.
I was shocked what my local dealer came back to me with.
Levers/lights was an advisory so was the Brake pads!
Front wheel bearings is needing replaced!
And the front N/S Front fork seal was Leaking so badly the service manager advised me not to ride it!!
On my return home I immediately informed Destination Triumph of there findings.
They wanted a second opinion. So that means taking more time off work to get this looked at again from another dealer.
Plus Destination Triumph said it must have been damaged in Transit!
(Everyone I have spoken about this finds that hard to believe) the bike is a 15 plate.
I personally couldn't be bothered with all the hassle.
I approached Destination Triumph if they would buy the bike back.
After a few days I called to see what was happening.
Yes, cancel the second opinion and we will give you 6k for the bike, And I would have to pay the Transport costs back to there premises.
Utter disbelief this was. This would mean I'd be out of pocket by 2k in a matter of weeks if I accepted.
The bike has hardly moved since I came back from the first inspection because of the leaking fork seals and brake wear. Just sitting my lock up till I decide what to do.
I fitted new brake pads to the front and rear yesterday, They were very badly worn, almost metal on metal.
I caught this just in time or it would have needed Discs as well.
My whole thoughts on this situation is one of shock.
How did they sell the bike at a price of £7500 in this condition. I paid in Full. Yet they said it went through the workshop prior to my purchase!
You expect to buy a machine for that amount of money in tip top condition, Not what I found.
Wasted the guts of £8k now with the bike sitting in my lock up deciding what to do with it. More money needed for fork seals and a garage that can do the work required to make this high powered machine trust worthy on the road.
I bought this bike for a summer run around. It's been more of a summer look at machine in my lock up.
I can't afford to take more time off work and the costs involved.
If I was a dealer that sold the bike in the first place I'd bend over backwards to help my customers no matter what the cost. ESPECIALLY paying that amount on bike.
In Future I won't buy a bike from such a long distance.
You expect this to have been a faultless experience.
But like I said The brake pad wear and fork seal leakage is a major concern.
It should have never left the premises in such a condition.
I'm no stupid because I'm an ex mechanic myself so I know about these issues.
NEVER AGAIN.
Fantastic service.
Second hand street twin
So pleased with my street twin ,and sales executive Abby was so helpful and really made the experience so easy and straightforward. I would definitely recommend Destination Triumph Washington.
New Triumph
Good experience of my first, almost new bike purchase from Destination Triumph in Washington. There were some delays in servicing and preparing the bike, but they were very busy and had to order in some parts (at their cost without quibble). Staff are knowledgable, friendly and enthusiastic.
Purchase was fine thanks.
Purchase was fine, delivery delayed by a day after carriers tracking went off line in the afternoon they said they were delivering it and I had to call up to find out what happened, the final delivery driver said I was not on his route and had to come off his to deliver. Not sure what happened to the original driver.
Better than a DHL delivery of same items, they sat on it for over a month then delivered it somewhere else but still tried to charge me so yeh for your service and carriers boo for DHL
Good stock of lifestyle and accessories
I was looking for a pair of boots and a high visibility brace. Boots were sold out in other Triumph Dealers but Destination Triumph had them in stock. Shipping was super fast and received exactly what I ordered trough courier rather than post. Placing the order was hassle free too
Bike has not run well from purchase
Bike has not run well from purchase. I put it in for diagnostic two days ago. Unable to contact servicing for update. Phone just asks me to leave a message and they will get back to me, but never do. My bike went in at 0900. Could not get hold of them for update, so got my neighbour to give me a lift. At 4pm, the bike had just been started. The following day, no contact. This is day three now and not one phone call. Triumph had my bike for three full days. 1.5 hours labour charged, so happy with that. I got through to Solent to be told they are busy, but will get back to me. No follow up.
I had to contact them in the end to be told my bike was now ready. Three full days and not one phone call. I have asked if they are interested in buying the bike. Been told they will get back to me. Not holding my breath.
