I have bought a few bits online now, prices are good, notification is good, and I would recommend them.
The only reason it's not 5 stars is that you can't tell if item is in stock, if its not then it could be a week longer.

Great guys to deal, disappointing delivery
Great guys to deal with. But the delivery really was disappointing this time. Over 5 weeks from ordering only to find out that it was sat on the shelf at the depot !

Joke company. Placed an order on-line showing item in stock. Didn't get it. Tried to cancel it by phone where I was redirected to the website to cancel it. There is no option to cancel it. Rang again and a guy told me he couldn't do anything as the website is nothing to do with them! Eventually cancelled the order by email. After 3 weeks, no apolgy, no communication, nothing. I ordered the parts off another harley Dealer and got them next day. I told them I had been messed about by another dealer and he said 'let me guess, Iron City?'.
In response. The item was shown as in stock. I bought it because it was in stock. Your 2-15 working days is bs. It's 7-10 days. Check your own website.

The item purchased was listed as "order", as stated on the website order items need to be brought in from the manufacturer, this can be anywhere between 2-15 working days (if not on backorder). Your order was still within this time frame we estimated in your confirmation email (ending 17/2/26). This information can be found on all product pages, and the estimated time frame for orders is labelled firstly on our shipping policy and the confirmation email.
In the confirmation email sent to you on the 27/02/26, a link to our custom tracker system is included. On here you are able to see daily updates about your order and raise tickets in relation to returns, cancellations and so on. This link is also visible in our contact us page on the website.
When you called the dealership and spoke to our instore parts department, they will have instructed you to raise your query to the email address below or go on the tracker and raise it via there. This avenue is the quickest way to receive a resolution to any issues regarding an order. We can see you received a reply from your query within 15 minutes explaining what we have set out here.
