Delivery on time. Lovely TV unit. Nice quality. Easy to build. Wall mounting adjustability was excellent. Instructions mainly straightforward, although they did need some interpretation.

Very nice design easy to assemble and speedy delivery

Decourtie. needs to review their returns process, as it is quite slow. There was a problem with the returns label, However decourtie have now given me a full refund.

Excellent customer service. Sorted out the delivery of replacement panels ( for the damaged ones )within 24 hrs of me contacting them. Further more , the furniture item was purchased through the Range and not directly from Decortie.

It was a great experience from start to finish. I received a very quick response from customer services, and the delivery arrived exactly as expected without any issues. The product was also much easier to set up than I had anticipated.

I noticed while I was building the tv unit it is slightly chipped , may have been in transit as the box was damaged ... chip is on the underside . Apart from that the furniture is lovely . Prompt delivery

Really pleased with this company and my new cupboards. They are great quality and look great in my new room. I was kept up to date with the delivery and customer service has been very good.
Putting the cupboards together was relatively easy, I would say now more difficult than IKEA furniture. You do have make sure you read the instructions as there are different hinges for different door panels, but as long as you take time and follow the instructions it was easy.
We had quick delivery and the boxes had only a small amount of plastic, which was a bag holding the screws etc, otherwise all cardboard and very well packed.
I would definitely use this company again.
