I just completed the Learning About Guest Service in Cruise Retail course through the Cruise Retail Academy, and I have to say it genuinely exceeded my expectations.
The content was sharp, practical, and relevant. It didn't feel like a box-ticking exercise. It felt like real preparation for working in one of the most unique retail environments in the world. The course broke down guest service in a way that was easy to absorb but never oversimplified, which I appreciated as someone actively pursuing a career in cruise retail.
