We had to call your engineer twice to fix the problem with our house alarm.
We had to call your engineer twice. The first one came and refitted the original type of magnet and connector on the door. This worked for two/three days and since Friday it stopped working again. We had another engineer on Monday (yesterday) which has fixed the alarm problem so far.

I have been using Chubb for 10+ years the alarm had registered a faulty pir sensor and I reported it via phone. It was replaced that afternoon. All the staff I dealt with were friendly and professional. Very pleased with the service.
