I requested your service enginerr to…
I requested your service enginerr to bring a replacement buzzer for the outbuildings and to fit this whist on site.
This would be a repaet of an earlier replacment undertaken by your servicing enginneer druing a visit.
Unfortunately your technician did not have the replacement so I suggested we leave the system as it is!

Generally good service, but should be for the price
Service conducted fine except that box lid was not reinstalled correctly. One star dropped due to excessive cost of annual service plan for one 15 minute visit per year.
