The 13th of July was a bad day for…
The 13th of July was a bad day for chubb.I had to phone chubb to query e mails I was receiving with regard to a supposed non payment of my yearly account invoice. I was told that they could not find the payment and that the problem was at my bank.after three phone calls they finally admitted that they had found the payment and it would be allocated to my account.This was using the payment process on the chubb portal
On top of this I was due an engineering maintenance visit on that day between 9 and 1pm. The engineer did not show up and I wasted a day. By 2pm I phoned chubb to highlight my displeasure and was told to leave it with them.The next day an apology was left to the engineer to make that there had been a mix up because he was on holiday.Come on chubb get your act together. I've been a customer with both alarm fast
And chubb since 2003.I think I am due a bit of respect.
