Good all round service
Booking the appointment was easy, the engineer was on time, promptly did what was required, replaced the battery on the day, explained what he had done and what was needed. Was considerate of the fact I was working on-line from home at the same time as he was conducting the tests.

The same friendly and efficient engineer who has been here several times before, we like the continuity. He phoned the afternoon before our appointment to ask if he could bring it forward as he was in the area. This happened to suit us better, and he was with us about 20 minutes later.

Speedy resolution of resetting the alarm
I had a problem setting the alarm caused by an interruption whlle doing so. I rang Chubb and explained the situation to a lady who was exceptionally helpful and arranged for an engineer to ring me etc. The engineer was very patient and sorted the problem. All this was done in a very short time - FIRST CLASS SERVICE - Thanks!

Great service
Our regular engineer Kevin is always polite and answers any questions we might have. A credit to the company. We always check he is scheduled for our service as would prefer to wait for him as he knows our alarm system inside out!
