Very poor customer service

Blaux 450 heater.

Product arrived next day, wonderful.
Read the instruction book to find that you cannot operate heater via a time switch or a thermostatic switch. No suitable for my purpose. The company offers a thirty day return policy if not satisfied. You have to email via the website to get returns information. I have tried this 5 times and to date have had no replies at all. Haven't used the heater so cannot say if it is any good. The customer service is non existent.
Do not purchase from them. As others suggest it seems a fake company.

Continuing on.. having received a response from Blaux to my Trustpilot review it was the standard Blaux reply saying they are sorry they had not met their customer satisfaction could I tell them what they could have done to improve their service. Could I also tell them what the problem is with the heater.
I wrote a detailed reply to their response and lo and behold the email address they sent their reply from would not accept an email. Conclusions to draw from this are: 1 They do not read the emails that are sent. If they had they would know what the problem is. 2 They obviously do not care about customer satisfaction as they will not accept replies to their Trustpilot postings.
3 The offer of a thirty day refund if not satisfied with the product is not met and they make every effort to totally avoid this, as they do not give return details. Reading other reviews, the impression I get is, that if you were ever able to return the product there is not much chance of receiving a refund.
Lesson to learn: Do NOT deal with this company!

Cancelled order 3 hrs after placing…

Cancelled order 3 hrs after placing order due to bad reviews.sent item back once delivered. 5 weeks later and numerous emails sent to blaux still not a reply or refund .don't buy from this fly by night company.

I have been trying to obtain a returns note for
the heater since last Thursday. I have filled in
their contact form 5 times and still no response.
If I had read these reviews on Trustpilot, I would
not have ordered from this Company.

Blaux heater order no 2421001569

Ordered a Blaux heater at 11pm on 10th March 2024 and immediately received a confirmation email. Stupidly looked at the reviews after placing the order. Immediately tried to cancel but Stripe (the company who sent the email) apparently aren't anything to do with Blaux. Tried the online chat and got nowhere so completed their contact form. This am our credit card Co contacted us to say this company had tried to take the payment numerous times!!!! Luckily they had refused all but the 1st one. And if Blaux don't refund our money by 30 days after they took it our credit card company will enter into a dispute with them even though the amount is less than £100. Have just completed another contact form asking them to confirm the cancellation but no reply yet, no surprise there. This company are just massive fraudsters and if they do have the cheek to send the heater I will take it straight to trading standards together with a video of their website.

Update: Tried to reply to your email but surprise surprise, it got returned so I'm replying here. Looking at your reviews and how long other customers waited for their purchases, I find it hard to believe that your company managed to dispatch my purchase within 30 minutes of my order bearing in mind it was placed at 11pm. Its a pity not all your customers get this service.I do still want to cancel but have to say I am really angry about having to pay postage both ways.
I am going to fully test the heater and send my findings to Trading Standards. I am also going to let my credit card company know the current situation. I look forward to receiving details on how to return the heater and get a full refund shortly.

Total waste of money!!

Total waste of money!!! I should have spotted it by the dodgy website. I received my heaters that would barely heat up a shoe box let alone an entire room. I didn't want to write a review here but it seems to be the only way to get anyone from this company's attention after attempting to get a return via their 'contact form' with no response. Please take my advice and avoid buying one these useless cheap piles of plastic. 2x Receipt numbers as below

Please let me know how i can return.

As of today 22/03/24 (nearly a month after trying to get in contact with this company for a return) the issue is still not resolved. They asked to get in contact below (which I have been trying to do for ages thus the review here) however there is absolutely no functional means to get in touch with anyone at this company, nor did they provide any details as to how below. I have put the receipt numbers in this review hoping they will read and get in touch with me, so far nothing. This has scam written all over it.

Ordered a bidet over a month ago. I have emailed and called multiple times about the status of my order. They do not respond. This company is a total scam. My next step is to let my lawyer try to contact them. Do not do business with this company My order # is 2420975942, which I have provided multiple times. I am in the process of filing a complaint with the FTC.

well as you can see by all the reviews it is a similar story. 6 weeks ago i purchased 4 heaters, and immediately realised they were no where near what was discribed. So i immediatly tried to contact them. Infacr for the last 6 weeks, hours and hours, email after email. In the end i managed to get info from them to send the heaters back, which i did and paid for. They did not even accept the package and did not even open it. And in the end was returned. What is more ironic it that they have responded to these Trustpilot reviews giving the impression that they really care. I wonder how many here that was asked to contact them got their refund, I very much doubt anyone did. At one point and once only they replied to my email and told me that had refunded the money. But no Money was recieved. Please people save yourself time and energy and money, do not buy anything from this company. It has been the worst i have ever experienced. And CER Consumer Expert Review should be ashamed at putting this product in the top ten and making it the top item.

I ordered the compact heater after reading great reviews on a different website (another scam) it stated in the description it was also an air purifier and there was a temperature control. Nope! There’s not on both counts! When I ordered it I received no confirmation email, no delivery confirmation, even after mailing them three times I got no reply! I eventually contacted PayPal as I paid through PayPal, they opened a dispute, lo and behold the heater arrived two days later! It’s utter rubbish! Spent way more than I normally would, thinking I was getting quality! Steer clear!

Do not buy the space heaters - Scam

Ordered two space heaters based on the advertisement- paid heaters arrived- they are not fit for purpose and would struggle to heat a cupboard let alone a room
Now can’t get any response regarding a return and refund.

Rubbish product useless company

Ordered two room heaters which are not fit for purpose, you need to sit right up to the heater to feel any warmth. Trying to contact the company to return them is almost impossible. Do not be tempted to buy these heaters they are useless

Ignore the Customer - motto of the Customer Service Dept.

My big issue with this company is the total lack of customer service. I have tried to get in contact with them for 2 months to resolve an issue and return an item. I've tried direct emails as well as trying to contact via their website. All I get is a response that tells me that someone will be in touch; never happens. I've tried going through PayPal and the Better Business Bureau to no effect. These people know that they don't have to do anything, they can continue to ignore customers and there is nothing that can be done. It's really too bad that companies like this can stay in business. I wish I could select "0" stars instead of 1.

Further to my earlier review saying this company is a scam, you can actually follow the paper trail back to a Company called Global Performance Commerce whose UK vase is In Haywood.
If you follow the US reviews for this company, all they do is repackage cheap Chinese products and market them through an anonymous review website.
US customers have also all labelled the company a scam. Some of the reviews have even been written by ex employees.
The Fraud Squad need to investigate this operation in the UK.
They gave offered me a discount of 30% on the heaters but it never turned up.

Arrived today & not impressed

Arrived today & not impressed. Had heater on an hour in my room, temperature in room only went to 16°C.
I d like a full refund as it does not heat quickly as stated but company wants me to cover costs of returning; paid shipping costs already for it to get here, £ 8 something.

No chance of returning the heaters they supplied as the contact form and phone numbers don’t work, feel like it’s a bit of a con. The heaters are no where near powerful enough to heat a room

no product received after 3 weeks

no product received after 3 weeks. Tried the contact form as i didnt see a phone# to call keeps on going to capcha and doesn’t send. Chat option … 30 mins it said “ To better assist you with your inquiry, I am going to transfer you to a more knowledgeable and experienced customer support representative.
Thank you for your patience and understanding.” and magically connection is lost. i tries several times at diff time of the day.
