Illegal and ghosting customer service
I bought a smart watch Momax. It arrived totally glitchy. I contacted customer service and we chatted briefly on whatsapp. They said I could return the watch but they would not pay for return delivery and they would also charge a restocking fee of 15%. I mentioned this was ILLEGAL in Australia and they have refused to speak to me since. I have tried to communcate again on whatsapp, email and phone and they keep ignoring me. They have ghosted me and won't even tell me an address to send the watch to, so they wont even process my refund. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.
