scammed too. sotarly coming up on bank statement. children very disappointed, furniture for their bedroom. facebook should compensate members who have suffered fraudulence by ads on their site. the site is down but the company still active on uk government business filing site.

I paid for a Christmas tree and the tracking says its awaiting shipment. That was 3 weeks ago. I emailed Bokanly and they did not answer me. Just checked my bank statement and the money was taken by Sotarly. Looking at the reviews I will have to cancel the payment with my visa company ASAP. 😡😡

I never received my order. After paying I received an email and when trying to see my order the site was down. There was no reply, it is a scam

I’ve order the money is in they account and I didn’t get anything even not a e-mail confirmation of my order!
I send a e-mail to then with all the prove of payment and they still say they can’t find my order and don’t send my money back!

Shipping never arrives! Complete fake shop. Keep away!!!

Very bad company no body should trust them be careful don't by any items from them they offer you low price just to catch you once payment is done it's over you lost your money the problem how Facebook or Twitter ( x) allow such advertisements appear to theirs membership in my case they come up to me suddenly during my visit to my account in Facebook of course the item was very sheep this is my mistake take care don't do the same but I would like to ask all people they lost their money like we should not claim our situation to Facebook or Twitter because through them we lost our money I don't know if all agree we should write to Facebook and Twitter about it 😊

Others also say this is a scam company. After online order they say they will let you know when item is sent. It never happens and your money is gone.

This is a scam.
After almost 2 weaks they tell me my product has to be customised.
They promised 7 days delivery for all kind of carseats.
My question is what a company like Facebook does with this kind off firms.
Sotarly is a SCAM!
