I tried to order a charging dongel for…

I tried to order a charging dongel for the portable bidet but despite numerous emails back and forth no one could help get me one. Obviously they do not stock them and will not tell you that. No one from support will answer your email. When you click on the support link it goes to email support which can do nothing for your problem. Do not buy one of these.

Don’t buy Blaux bidets!!

We need charging cords for 2 Blaux portable bidets. Blaux doesn’t sell them and is no help in finding them, making our bidets useless! They are not standard cords. Don’t buy from Blaux!!

I ordered a drone to give for a Christmas gift the shipping was about a week no problem there but when he opened it one of the batteries was defected so after fully charging the other battery we went to fly it only lasted for 5 minutes getting ready to contact the company for a refund will update on how that goes,after reading the reviews I’m sure I already know what to expect why would you sell people defective merchandise and false advertisement this drone came in a decent case after you open it the product looks like a cheap plastic toy from the dollar tree not$100

Note to self - read all available reviews before ordering

I wish I had read these reviews before I put in my order. I ordered 3 heaters last Sunday, paid by Paypal, and received no confirmation. I emailed the company support and they asked for the order no, which I didn't have as I hadn't had confirmation. They suggested filling in the contact form for Customer Services, which I did, but when I pressed submit the information on the form disappeared. I filled it in again and the same thing happened. I have now emailed again asking them to cancel the order and refund, sending them evidence of the paypal payment. I imagine the next step is getting paypal to do something.
Follow up: I put in a claim for a refund on paypal and emailed the company again asking for a refund. The refund came through within 24 hours. I won't be ordering from this company again.

Ordered the bidet back in February

Ordered the bidet back in February. It took writing to the BBB in May to get any response. I finally received the item second week in June, and it is so not what was pictured in their ad. False advertising at its worst.

I purchased 2 of these

I purchased 2 of these . One for myself and one for my daughter. We really are amazed that they really work to cool a small room . It cools better than a fan. The reason they cool better because the water cools the air.

VERY DISSAPOINTED WITH THIS COMPANY! NEED MY REFUND!

Since the only time i get a response from you is when i write a review im writing another one. VERY DISSAPOINTED WITH THIS COMPANY! When I Finally got a reply (after waiting almost a month) you didnt address any of the problems i mentioned. I NEVER RECIECED ANY CONFIRMATION ON MY ORDER OR THE PRODUCT ITSELF! but you were able to take my money with no problem. i have said 4 times now that i want my refund and as soon as i mention my refund you dont reply.
STILL WAITING FOR MY FULL REFUND!

I ordered a bidet on February 6

I ordered a bidet on February 6, 2024. I’m still waiting. they don’t answer email and they don’t call back when you try to call them. They do charge your card immediately. SCAM!

Update: I contacted the Better Business Bureau and I finally got a refund. I still have not received a phone call or email from these people.

Second update: You all can see the response I got from the bot known as Gaia. There is no email from them, and yes I checked my spam folder. Clearly their response reveals that they did not read or understand my review. Shame on these people!

Message to Gaia of the blaux customer care, thank you for your response's to my two reviews, but I think their content explains my problems with blaux clearly. The main problem was the lack of any positive response, like so many of your other dissatisfied customers who have also posted Bad reviews on Trustpilot ( 287 score 1.2 out of 5 ). I note you are asking for my Order number so that you can investigate my feedback further, I have already sent the Order number, Shipment ID, Photographs and several emails to your "Customer Support Department" If you ask Noah, Emily and Grace I am sure they will assist you and I would also ask their Manager who they say the problem was escalated to but nothing happened. Please advise why I got a quick response when I involved my Paypal and my Bank ?.

We ordered 3 heaters, They arrived with no means of thermostatic control despite ad. We contacted Blaux to return them who sent us a standard letter. When we replied to their letter, we received an 'address not found' Address was to their support services the reply had come from
We tried to follow up through their website contact details. No response. Tried again. No response. We have raised a dispute with American Express.
Date of experience is the first one I kept a copy of.
Why is this company allowed to scam UK buyers? their address is San Diego!

Debit card charged but no receipt or…

Debit card charged but no receipt or proof of purchase was sent to me. I am filing a police report for theft and reporting them to my bank and the secret service who deal in wire fraud, if I don’t get my money back by next week.
I used my card on your web page and made an order on March 30 and posted on March 31 to my account for $58.94. I had not used the card since but it came up on my bank charge as GP*ETSHERAHOUSE as a charge for gasoline in San Diego. You either have a fraudulent web page or person using information sent to you. Either way. I just want my money refunded. Since you never sent a receipt I have taken steps to cancel my card and have the bank track my money which I want refunded.

REFUND RESULT WELL DONE PAYPAL.This is my second review.

This is my second review.
Having contacted Blaux numerous times by email and phone (do not phone it costs you its not free) regarding a heater that arrived damaged, I then gave up and contacted my Bank and Paypal, they both opened a case against Blaux and within a day I had an email from Blaux saying that they would send a replacement. I responded by refusing their offer and said I wanted a full refund. Day later message from Paypal advising me that I had been refunded £68.98.
Good job Paypal, Blaux get your act together and give your customers the respect and service they deserve, INSTEAD OF IGNORING THEM!!
Dissatisfied customers try contacting your payment service provider to fight your case if Blaux ignore you.

Failure to deliver and the chat system…

Failure to deliver and the chat system just ignores you. Don't do business with this company, it's a sham and they just put you off endlessly when trying to resolve issues
3-31-24 9:49 am, The reply from Blaux said they contacted me via e-mail. That's untrue, I even checked my spam file, NO REPLY AT ALL!! Blaux contacted me via their chat and told me they had refunded my purchase price. This is true, they have, and I appreciate that they finally responded, so I'm updating this review to reflect that because they couldn't deliver the product they refunded the money. So I thank them for that and I've changed my rating to a middle rating.
