Product is good, but slow with sending out.
On the site it says: in stock. But after ordering I got an e-mail that they where waiting for the product to arrive, so they could send it out...that doesn't sound "in stock" to me. So if you're in a bit of a hurry and want your parts within 2 or 3 days, this is not your company.

I pick Johns Gasveer because they are 410mm total length, website changes it to Stark which is miilimeters longer, thanks very much, i already had those, that's why i was changing them in the first place... ! So they are closer in size to OEM and the boot closes properly...
Why are the Johns Gasveer even in the product catalog if you're gonna send the other ones anyway ?
Final surcharges added on top of parts price are also annoying. Would be perfectly fine if parts themselves were more expensive but you know to what it adds up from the beginning.
Delivery time average for the NL. But was not in a hurry, so that was not an issue.

I initially did not receive any communication via email, though the address works fine for other senders. (Including Trustpilot.)
After posting a negative experience here, I was contacted by the seller who explained that they are experiencing technical difficulties and got a status update via a different email service.
The technical difficulties prevent me from giving a perfect score, but I am pleased that the seller resolved the issue. It reflects well on them that they take these experiences seriously.

Waited 5 days after i placed the order for them to give the package to GLS the slowest carrier available.
Quicker to drive to germany to pick up the parts

6 days ago placed an order and still didn't receive it. After contact had to talk in English, wow I thought it's a Dutch site and company. The answer of the English lady was, everything is in stock but don't know why it is not send. So have to wait for 2 more days, because they have to find out why not sent. Maybe and hope they will send it after 10 days.

Ordered a part that didn't fit the car due to fabrication mistake. I've spend a lot of time to proof that the part was produced incorrectly. About a month weekly communication and sending proof over and over again.
Be careful: even if the part must fit according to original VIN number - there is a big chance that it will not fit and you will never see your money back even if you have insurance to ship the part back or unless you spend hours for useless communication. Don't trust the ''service'' they offer.

Worst shop ever. I can't recommend it to anyone!
An order made 09.08.2020 and still (4 days later) I haven't received any confirmation or tracking number.
I gave them 1 star just for low prices but who cares about price when you never get what you buy, right?EDIT:17.08.2020 Still, I haven't got any tracking number, client support is not responding at all.
SCAMMING PIGS EDIT:18.08.2020 still no response from support/package or even tracking number .

very very bad company,.
have ordered 2 mirrors,. did part search on plate number,. there off by 0.5 mm so no fit,. they have asked for photo's, VIN numbers etc etc,. given them all the asked info,. now they ask for the broken outside mirror a picture next to their part. ?? i have send them all ! i am not a photographer,. and do not like all these unnecessary questions Brokenpart is gone as it was broken off the car.
CUSTOMER SERVICE AND RETURNS ARE TERRIBLE AT THIS COMPANY DO NOT BUY HERE !!
DONT EVEN TRY TO WORK HERE!.
as i think they will ask you a lot of pictures and questions before you will get paid. if you get paid.

Alright, so my rating is a little low. I hope my review helps put that in the correct light.
The website I ordered from is Auto-onderdelen24.nl, which is one of the sister sites of Autodoc. Autodoc is a gigantic car parts distributor located in Berlin, Germany and has a lot of sites working as separate brands. In the end, you could just as well order directly from Autodoc as the experience is the same.
So that's point 1: while the company may seem like it is situated in your own country, it really is located in Germany and all shippings originate from Berlin, Germany. That is a little deceptive and something to keep in mind when ordering. Also it takes about 3 working days for them to get your order together so my orders generally arrive about 6-7 working days after ordering. This is not the end of the world, that's just something that you should keep in mind while ordering. However, I would definitely appreciate it if they would be honest about this and/or if this was clearly stated somewhere on the site. It's genuinely annoying if you're used to next-day shipping with most car part shops and this one suddenly takes an additional full week, even though it seems to originate from your own country. I'd have been fine with it had it been announced somewhere. That's just a little warning for you. That was something that genuinely annoyed me with my first order, but I'm a frequent customer now and I just take that delay into account.
The reason why my rating is so low, is because of two main reasons: The products they send you, and the honesty about their rating on the website. When you get to the website, it shows a 4.97 rating out of 5, based on over 260k reviews. That's a suspiciously high rating, especially considering the experience as stated above. I just filled in the review form, and it turns out that they SELECT their reviews that are shown on the website. The rating is not at all representative of their actual rating. Now you may think 'duh', but that's part of the reason why their deceptive business remains possible and profitable.
The deceptive business part, and this is the part that I'm absolutely fuming about and even more reading the reviews on this site, is the fact that they regularly swap out products with products of their own brand, called 'Stark'.
It turns out, that on the last page of your order, they simply swap out whatever expensive branded product you've selected for one made by Stark. And Stark is a budget-brand product.
I'm not even too angry with the fact that they supply me with a budget-brand alternative if the original part isn't available. It's the shadyness of the way it is handled. Nowhere is it announced clearly that parts have been changed out. You could notice on the very last page of ordering that all of a sudden, your SKF water pump was changed out with a Stark-branded one. If you are not paying attention, you've just ordered yourself a Stark water pump without even realizing it.
I noticed a day later when reading the email that it said 'Stark water pump'. Immediately I sent an email, and a day later I get a response that the 'original product was out of stock and they replaced it with a comparable part that's in stock for me', like they've done me a favor. They mentioned that I could still change the order if I wanted to to get a different replacement part instead of the Stark one, but hours later I got the confirmation that the order was already packed and on it's way to me. At which point, the order is three days from inevitably making it to my front door.
I've checked previous orders and they've been doing it on multiple occasions. In most cases, I am not too concerned with it. There's not much someone can do wrong about an air filter that makes me immediately want to return the product. But now it also turns out they can 'turn off' product swapping on your account. I'm fuming!
Stop this shady business! Be open and upfront about it! And allow transparent reviews.

I purchased via auto-onderdelen24.nl, my items arrived in an AutoDoc box with an AutoDoc invoice/packing list, so this is the same company.
Ordered several parts from them, all well known branded parts.
Including air- interior- and oil filter from Nipparts, all of them would be in stock according to their website.
When I placed the order, I received a confirmation e-mail which mentioned the correct Nipparts ordering codes. But immediately after placing the order, the website asked me to write a review on the just-purchased "Stark" branded parts!
Something smelled fishy and upon checking my order online, they had immediately removed the Nipparts items from my order and replaced them with Stark-branded parts!
THAT'S NOT WHAT I ORDERED!!!
It happened so fast (within seconds, literally), that no human interaction from their end was possible within this time span, so it must be automatically programmed in their purchasing system.
After three e-mails (first some bogus crap about the Nipparts items not being in stock and how good quality the "more expensive - but we won't charge you extra" Stark brand would be etc), they finally agreed to put back the Nipparts items and a week later I received the correct goods.
Had I not complained immediately, they would have shipped me their own-branded, probably lower-quality stuff.
To me, this is a one-time experience, next time I'll shop somewhere else.
