very bad experience
the ordered part is different from what they write on their website.
If you want to send something back you have to pay 10€, it doesn't matter if it's their fault.
They cheat people because the given parameters are different from what they send.

Reliable and inexpensive
I have been a client of Auto-Onderdelen24 since 2017, ordering parts for three different vehicles. After 8 orders and thousands of Euros spent, I am still yet to find something to complain about. The items are always correct (can't take that for granted anymore), well-packed and delivered within 1 or 2 business days.

I can't get my goods!
10.08.2022 I have paid for the goods order 71663816, parts for my car. 19.08.2022 I got the letter, that the package has been delivered from dpd.nl
But I did not get anything for the moment!!! I sent "Declaration of Non-Receipt" 22.08.2022 to Auto-Onderdelen24 - Netherlands. For this moment I don't have any results of investigation. I spend my money and a lot of my time.
Today 10.09.2022. Someone lost my goods (or didn't send). And none want responsible for this. Also I can't get my money back, because they say that investigation in process.
I don't recommend the Auto-Onderdelen24 - Netherlands and DPD Pakketservice. It looks like fraud.

I think they dont understand english very well.
I bought a window mechanism from their website with art nr: 100024310. but the info didnt say that it was without a motor. So i tried to order the motor for this article. But every freak'n time they were asking about my VIN number. I want the motor for this specific article i already received so you only need the article number. Its a 3th party window mechanism so the original motor will not fit. And they dont understand and just repeating themselfes about the VIN. I could better say: I dont have a car! i just want to make the windows mechanism set complete!

Rarely had such extremely bad customer…
Rarely had such extremely bad customer service. No response by e-mail, not my own language on the phone and despite canceling order, still sent. They pretend to be located in your own country, but they ship from Germany (slowly and at customs fees)
+ quality is not in handling an issue, but in preventing it.

Once and never again
I ordered and paid a set of 4 tires, status available in stock. Website states that shipments will be within in 1-2 (working) days. Indeed 2 tires arrived in time; half the order. Contacted shop (actually turns out to be AutoDoc) and they first blamed carrier DPD. But actually they only shipped 2 and not 4 tires. Received an email that the other 2 were now definitely sent and should arrive before the end of the week. It's now weekend and the DPD track&trace still just says "order information received". No respons to my e-mail about this. Very disappointing. Once and never again.

If there was a zero rating I would have. I ordered something three days ago got an email that they have received the payment but so far nothing, not even a single email to let me know when and where my order is due. I email them myself noreply only autoreply. I should have know beter. I will like to get my fkin money back so that I can order it elsewhere I can't handle this waiting game $h!t anymore
