Ondanks eerder naar hen gestuurde foto's, video en probleemomschrijving. Blijft deze webshop maar vragen om steeds weer informatie ook vandaag weer! Zie hier:

Please print out this form and fill it out by hand. The completed form should be sent in PDF format (photos and scans using mobile applications will not be accepted) in response to this email.
In addition to the warranty form please provide the following documents:
- invoices for installation and dismantling of parts indicating the performed work ( in PDF format). If you have performed the installation and dismantling yourself, please provide, if possible, proof of your competence to perform this operation ( for example, a mechanic's license).
If the defect of the part led to additional damage to the car, it is necessary to attach to your email copies of invoices indicating the damage caused (in PDF format).
Nota Bene: warranty form should be filled out completely and pictures should be clear and high quality.

Bought a windshield wiper that was stated as compatible with my car. Paid for their "Safe Order" insurance as it stated that the product can be returned within 100 day.
It turned out the part was not compatible with my car and I put it back in its original packaging, no damade whatsoever to it.
After 3 days of exchanging pictures and e-mails in which every reply was from a different person they state that I can't return the part as I already tried to install it.
Later edit after their reply:
This is a load of B$. The part was not damaged in any way when tested. It's in the same condition as it was when it was delivered. Waste of time, money and energy.

After posting reviews here and on Google I was contacted by them and got a refund.
Please use the form on their website to check if the part is compatible with your car. It's on the bottom right as the time of this writing and you can put in your VIN number. If you do that you can avoid incompatible parts.
@Partio: Maybe you can make that box more visible or have a better UX so users can see that box.
