Sketchy company

In my package they gave me brake pads instead lambda sond and
used motor mount . Extra in my package was someone else order +his invoice . Client suport responds after 24H+. You can reduce this time to 1h with negative post on their social media . In my case they offered me to keep "extra parts" for free and they are sending lambda sonde and new motor mount . Sure again they gave me wrong motor mount (they were informed about it befor package was sent to me ) . They ignors clients and RODO .

Needed a car cover for long time…

Needed a car cover for long time parking. Bought one here and when I received it there was a a warning on the box that I should not put the cover on the car for longer then 4 days. Never read it on the website because when they had mentioned it I had ordered a different one. Contacted customer service for the return process and asked for a compensation for the shipping costs since they did not put that (very) important information in the description of the product on their website. I also mentioned that I will buy the much more expensive car cover which was more suitable for the use I was looking for. Even they admit that the description was not clear I was contacted twice by customer care that they would not compensate the return costs. So, off course I am going to buy the car cover somewhere else and will not be buying at winparts.nl anymore. Thanks for all the hassle.

DEFECTIVE ITEM

I bought them a start engine for my car which cost me 108 euros including 20 euros shipping expenses..
After replacing this for the old one at the garage it didn´t work.
Claimed for the refund and at first they didn´t want to refund. Later they only offered me 75 euros and I would have to pay the return expenses also which were 20 euros. They don´t want to pay the garage expenses and now I will have to pay the garage expenses again to put a new one that works.
I buy an item that doesn´t work and they don´t want to assume responsability. It was an original piece by Valeo. I´m still trying to solve this case and it has to be judicially solved.
