Very good products

Deliver the wrong goods for a few times, make me pay and run around for return of the parts. Terrible customer service. Never will order (autodoc) again!!

I ordered brake disks, brake calipers and engine oil. After a few days, I receive an email stating that the requested engine oil isn't on stock. They "offer" me an equivalent, for 30 euro's more. I have to pay the difference. Already unsatisfied, I pay.
After days, I receive an email again. They confirm my payment, and my order will reach me 4 - 5 days!!
I am waiting for over 1.5 weeks now, still haven't received my stuff. In the mean time, I am driving around with two totally bent brake disks.
What does the "24" in the site name mean?? It certainly doesn't stand for "fast delivery".
I will never order again at auto-onderdelen24.nl; there's enough other choice.
Edit: I see now that all the good reviews have the tickmark "verified order" while most bad review don't. Is this a way to make bad reviews look more unreliable?

Search tool by plat number is misleading. My car model was correct, however the parts I have received were not for my car. I could not return them since the shipping cost was higher then the parts cost.
Customer service on the phone was unpleasent to say the least.
My advise is to double check what you are ordering with other trusted sources. My mistake to have trusted the web site search functionalities. Personally I won't use this web site again.

Ik heb op kenteken van mijn voertuig twee spiegels gekocht (links en rechts) via auto onderdelen 24.. de linker gemonteerd zonder enig probleem en het past perfect. De rechter kwam binnen, soepel gemonteerd en ook die past perfect. Toen ging ik voelen of alles stevig vast zat en toen kwam ik er achter dat het deel (van de rechter buitenspiegel) waar je als particulier met het monteren niet aan hoeft te zitten enigszins wankelde, wat blijkt er nou? hij is in de fabriek in elkaar gezet terwijl er een vestiging schroef ontbreekt waardoor de spiegel dus niet stevig in z'n frame zit (dit kun je zien doordat de kap nog niet op de spiegel geklikt is waardoor je de binnenkant van de spiegel kunt inzien).

Wat een achterlijke klantenservice, volgens hun schijn ik een verkeerde spiegel te hebben besteld die niet aansluit op mijn voertuig (?) ten eerste wat heeft die zoek op kenteken op de site dan voor een zin? Ten tweede, hij past toch perfect? waarom is het dan niet geschikt voor mijn voertuig? Dan willen ze een warranty case starten bij de leverancier, maar ze zijn bijna 100% zeker dat die gene dat afwijst?? Het is toch een defect product wat ik aangeleverd krijg? dat ik volgens hun een verkeerde spiegel heb besteld dat is toch mijn probleem? dat hoeft naar mijn idee niet afhankelijk te zijn van je garantie.

Ook lijkt het wel alsof ze je mails niet eens lezen maar gewoon blindelings op eigen input antwoorden. Ik krijg te maken met bij wijze van al hun medewerkers.. er is niet een waar je het duidelijk aan moet maken maar wel aan hun hele 'klantenservice' zo lijkt het en antwoorden die je terug krijgt zijn nog in gebrekkig engels ook. Ik kan ze niet eens serieus nemen.

Een ding is zeker ik bestel hier niet meer.

What a terrible customer service!

I bought two mirrors (left and right) according to the license plate of my vehicle via their search by license plate option.. the left mounted without any problem and it fitted perfectly. The right-hand mirror came in, smoothly mounted and that one also fitted perfectly onto the car. Then I started to inspect both mirrors whether everything was firmly attached onto the car and then I discovered that the part (of the right-hand side mirror which you as a private individual do not have to touch while mounting) was loose. What was the problem you may ask? While they assembled the mirror in the factory they forgot to place a bolt which should be there to keep the mirror firmly in place (you are able to see this because the hood of the mirror is not yet attached so you can view the inside of the mirror).

And then you have the customer service, what a crappy customer service. According to them I seem to have ordered a wrong mirror that does not apply onto my vehicle (?) Firstly what is the search for license plate option on the site there for? Secondly, it fits perfectly why is it not suitable for my vehicle? Then they want to start a warranty case with the supplier, but they are almost 100% certain that the supplier will reject the case? It is a defective product that I've received! If I did order a mirror that does not apply on my car, isn't that my own problem? This should not have to affect the warranty you should have on these products what so ever.

It also seems as if they don't even read your emails but simply blindly respond to their own input. I am dealing with by way of all their employees .. there is not one where you have to make it clear but to their entire 'customer service' so it seems. And answers that you get back are in poor English too. I can't even take them seriously.

One thing is for sure I will not order from them anymore.
