Absolutely awful
Absolutely awful. Don’t waste your time. Use an outsource contact centre who know nothing about the service or business.
When you do get an email from Arro it’s Short, rude and extremely unhelpful. Much much MUCH better options out there.
Please don’t waste your time.

So I opened an account with being told I am allowed to deposit money in there straight away but I deposited money my balance showed it was still £0.00 even though I have had it taken out of my friends account. I have contacted the call centre they could not tell any information and all they can do is get them to contact me back mon - fri 9-5. Now I still go to log in and now it comes up with a blank screen where there is no box’s to even log in STEER CLEAR THEY ARE DAYLIGHT ROBBERS

I do a little consulting work and opened an arro account to receive payments from various clients. After three months, Arro tells me that my payments look suspicious and suspend my account.
They only have a 0844 number, and the person you get when you call is pretty much just a receptionist and has no access to any useful information. You can hear them typing the questions into search engine while you're paying 40p/min, then you get "I'm only able to give you advice" -please ask your question via our online form.

I funded my account yesterday. It seems to be frozen today. The nice ladies on the phone say they can't help as it is 'an internet account'. Right.
