Good but online loggin is a nightmare

Overall pretty decent and quick service, was impressed to start with. However, I am finding it increasingly frustrating logging in online to check my balance to see a blank purple screen. Please fix this as It’s an important issue.

It is easy to make ... for now iam happy with it... if something happen I will just put it here... but for now I recommend that to people who need a bank without a proof address or to save money

Very annoyed that I have had to go…

Very annoyed that I have had to go through a very bad time with them to get my money. I suffer from mental health issues and have had to wait a long time to get my money. Have had no food etc for a few days but they don't seem to care

I’ve talked to our Head of Customer Support regarding your comments. I can see that they have responded to your emails explaining what you need to do in order to be able to access cash, and in addition interacted via phone a number of times.

Once you have reported a card lost or stolen, for security reasons we are unable to reactivate it. This is in order to prevent fraud. Also, as Arro Money is an online account, for many aspects of managing your account you do need to have a mobile phone and access to the internet. With online access to your account you were still able to shop online, at online grocery stores for example.

We do care about helping our customers and I can see our customer support team has genuinely and consistently tried to rectify your problems a large number of times, and you now have access to your account. Thank you for your feedback.

Online access blocked

I have signed up for the Arro business banking services few days back. because i want to receive money from paypal specially in my arro account. now i can't even login into my arro online portal. i have sent an email to them but no one is there to reply. worst service ever imagined.

Opening and operating an Arromoney…

Opening and operating an Arromoney account was easy and straight forward but recently I was locked out of online banking and I couldn't access my account online or use my card. I have been struggling to have the bank grant me access to my online banking and to unlock my card. I called and send emails but haven't gotten any positive reply. I have funds in this account and at this point I might want to query Arromoney promises of good customer service.

STAY AWAY, RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN AND DON'T BOTHER A TOTAL WASTE OF TIME

They will scrutinies every transaction you make like who the hell do you think you are. No name bank thinking they can act like that. They will even look at a £10 transaction and give you a hard time about it. A complete joke of a card. Only been around for a few months and think they can compete with the big name banks. Extremely poor service. Wouldn't advise my enemy to sign up with this company. If you buy something and have the seller deposit via bank transfer then they will tell you that's not allowed and call is commercial. Used item purchases are considered commercial. Makes no sense. Best to stay away from this mockery of a service.

Was not satisfied at all!!!!

I opened a business account, but on my online portal they chose to put my name instead of my business’s name and on my debit Itheycouldn’t write the full name of the company because it too long. So I couldn’t get paid through the account because the company needed me to provide anything from the bank to prove that it was the business account. I rang arro money and they told me that they couldn’t amend anything or provide anything to prove that . So I have not been able to use the account. So I think it will be good if arro money provides the same services as the high street bank because it is a bank as well

Hi Momsy Mep. Thank you for your feedback. You've raised some good points here that I've passed on to our development team to work on so we appreciate that.

With regards to being able to demonstrate the account is a business account our customer support team are right; we currently have nothing on the dashboard in place for you to be able to do this. It's something the team are now looking into, we apologise that short term this doesn't assist you and the only thing I can currently suggest is that the virtual and physical card we provide business account holders has a different design to personal cards - it says business in the top right and is a different colour. I'm not sure if this is enough evidence for your payee company to establish that the account is a business one? Unfortunately there is a character limit on what we can print on debit cards simply due to the amount of space, I'm afraid we can't change that.

We apologise if you're not currently happy with the service we've provided but we plan to use your feedback to make improvements so again, we appreciate your review.

Super happy with my Arro bank account…

Super happy with my Arro bank account and it’s so easy to get one.
I didn’t want to wait for any bank appointment in London.Thus ,It’s the convenience of getting the Arro card that caught my attention.Literally it took me less than 5 minutes to have a legit UK Bank Account, the card and everything.

I surely didn’t want to que or struggle with the bank formalities, being an international student -Arro Card was the easiest and most reliable service I used.
Very happy with it and would recommend it to anyone who uses a bank account.

AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE

The customer service number is a premium rate number that costs a fortune to ring, when you do get through they can’t help you with anything as they’re not the ‘relevant department’. They’ve blocked my account and are now ignoring my emails. If I don’t receive my money by tomorrow I’ll be paying a visit to their Manchester office to get this resolved.

As we are heavily regulated by the FCA, occasionally we need to restrict access to an account. This might be to comply with regulatory requirements, if we suspect someone other than the account holder is using the account or due to a court order. great. maybe some people they don't read there term . ATM withdraw £1000 month limit £250 per day. some people saying they couldn't draw the money from there acc but they forgot limit you need to wait for next month
i don't have any problem with this bank. great great i recommend it to friends thank you for your service ARRO.

hi how long does it take for me to send someone a payment to there account who has faster payment so i sent a payment a hour a go from my arro account to a barclays account still not showing there end how long does it take

Currently you can pay in money by bank transfer, and you can give your details to employers and other payees for them to pay in funds. Currently you cannot pay in cash as post offices etc but we are looking to introduce this in the near future. Really quick setup

Really quick setup. Account was done in minutes and able to receive money. Bank card was delivered within 2 days. Customer service answered emails within minutes. Only issue is faster payments to my normal bank account can take a while to process.

Mixed opinions

To be honest with you I needed a new bank account quickly and for that it’s a great tool now at first I thought it wasn’t legit but I’ve had money go in and out already haven’t received my card yet either so that’s good I ring there customer service number and it says there opening times are 9am to 10pm and I ring 7 8 o’clock says there shut when I want to get through to a advisor
