Work money due to drop tonight but they’ve suspended my account for no reason !
I opened up an account less then a week ago and I have had my work money sent to this account . They have suspended my account until the team review documents . I have send the documents requested but the company have gone ghost on me . I get paid tonight and I have no source of funds due to Arro not responding. A lot of friction in the communication I’m dissatisfied due to my money being kept from me .
No Number to call that’s free , What a crisis! I’m going to have to take this up with my financial people.

Holding money because of 'Fraud Compliance issues'
I opened an account recently and after a mere two transactions my account is suspended for a review to be completed. I was ok with this, being an honest person trying to make an honest living I answered the questions put to me immediately. However it's been 3 days now so I wrote to the team again asking when I can expect for this to be resolved, I have bills to pay and with one of the payments being from my tenant it leaves me in a sticky situation.
I was told 'We are unable to tell you time period, once this review has been completed, we will contact you again.' which for most people is NOT good enough! How long will my money be tied up for? I think it is outrageous to put an individuals bank on hold with absolutely no indication of how long the money will be unavailable for.
Really awful first time customer experience, any new transaction can look suspicious if they have absolutely no data on the individuals spending habits, so why not wait to see how they use the account before suspending it after just two transactions? I received a patronizing response which basically told me I was welcome to make a complaint. NO, I just want access to the money I work hard off for.
I'd love to get this resolved but don't see it happening anytime soon so I will just have to let my followers on other platforms know of my distress.

Opened my account a few days ago,straight forward and easy to do,got confirmation of.my account details by text straight away,received my card today,activated it and transferred money into it and have used it for online purchases already,only thing that was different was the cvv no that they sent on text to the actual one that is on the card ,but guess that's just an extra security measure

Bad experience I have set up an account not 4 days ago had some money transferred over to help me out as that’s why I made an account in first place and so I sent this money that had been received to my Mother to withdraw has my card has not come and once the transfer has gone through my account is no longer able to log in I need the money today as I have 2 Childeren that is a substantial amount of money to go missing

Applied for an account on Thursday got an email on Friday saying they had closed the account telling me the following..... "The Fraud & Compliance team have continuing concerns about your registration details and account", when i have not even used them yet!

Set up account fine
Set up account fine to receive Universal Credit - send and receive payments from friends - make deposits online - make purchases online.
First transactions that filtered through my account I recieve an email asking what's this what's that!! I replied to email with what transactions were ie benefits payments in - bills and monies owed out to friends and family and received response the next day saying all is fine.
Only major problem I have is the timescale and fees of faster payments as with High Street banks it's instant - with Arro it takes some time but all payments have been made in and out within an hour or so.

not very straight forward when both your personal and business card gets nuked for suspected fraudulent activity when all i'm trying to do it run my business. I accept payments from customers for goods and now have no means of paying for my business costs. It leads to question their practices when its happening to so many other people and NETBET claim that the cards are issued from russia.

Arro has been brilliant up until now, account suspended because of compliance team no reply to email,rent due out Thursday when wages go in and already on my finish warning and no reply from them! Called up and can't speak to compliance team,hopefully be resolved by them! No money at all for two days now

I have been paid my Esa money in to my account and because my mother in law transferred me 200 pound to get my phone screen fixed they have decided to block my account. I am diabetic and suffer with mental health problems and they seem to making worst surely it's illegal to keep my Esa money away from me. This needs sorting or I will file a law suit against arro.

When I first opened a business and got paid my account was blocked and it got opened again by compliance they said i went over a limit and on Friday I went to pay my mechanic and card was declined so I left without paying for home and my card has been blocked due to suspicious activity I earn a lot and spend a lot so I have a lot of outgoing and incoming but because of that they’ve completely suspended my account so I now have a business with no business account no way of receiving money I’m stuck I wish I never heard of arro bank they’ve really messed up my business I have no trust with them at all.

I was sceptical about using arro money
I was sceptical about using arro money, however they have certainly surprised me and I've already recommended them to friends and family. Despite having had a few issues with regards to my account surrounding "a compliance review", I'm happy nonetheless, as at least I'm confident that they're doing their job and checking my account for potential fraud or scams lurking about. So far I'm keen to carry on banking with them.

Totally unacceptable o got paid yesterday and they blocked my payments out and couldn't tell me why! Just a compliance issue!! My money my bills, the card today and my online account has now been cancelled so I am left with no money until they open on Monday, that's if they plan on letting me use it at all!! Totally devestated!
