I've been emailing for 2 weeks for a new card to be sent. Each time that I email a customer service rep emails back and said that they will be happy to send out a new card I still haven't received any card

I have been trying to close my account for a month no and I have received no response whatsoever. I had to report them to the Better Business Bureau and file a credit bureau dispute because I cannot get a hold of a single person to help me with my account.

I would give it 0 stars if I could. I have the credit card with them. And since my credit limit has gotten higher they have been playing games with me. Since December 2023. I have had nothing but problems. They only report when I have a high balance on my credit card. Then, they tell you that they report on the last day of every month but they report WHENEVER AND WHATEVER they want!!! Not to mention, they tried to apply an additional $365 dollars to my balance saying that my payment did not go through. That was resolved as I responded quickly to the situation. Now, today is 03/28/2024 and I am trying to make a payment on my credit card before the reporting date and my account is locked. No fraud or anything has happened on my account for them to lock it. If I were you, I would get the card, and use it to your advantage, meaning learning from the app and gain a quick limit to build credit. BUT DO NOT SPEND ALOT OF MONEY ON IT. I work for a bank, and I know a scam when I see one. They want you to have high balances on your account so that they can make money (That is how credit card companies make their money) is why they want to play this game with me. They see how much I spend on the card so they know I can pay some interest if it is charged to my account. and it is messed up because I want to get a car next year and I am building my credit and they are going to mess up my plans.
Closed card
Had this card since September, make all my payments early and always pay more than the min. payment. Card just stopped working. After numerous emails they said that the fraud dept put a block on my card, and in order for me to reactivate my card I would need to pay off my whole balance. There is no way to get in touch with a customer service rep other that email and they take forever to respond. Horrible card and seems unethical.

I have tried and tried to contact Arro regarding my issue of them not letting use my available credit after I had just made the payment… my card is getting declined and I don’t know why!!! I have been good with my payments and never late so what is going on?!?! Unblock my card please because this seems like a violation of some sort, especially when no one can call to resolve these issues and you guy take frivolous actions by ignoring the requests or what needs to be done at hand…

They froze my account in the middle of the night while I was at work couldn't buy lunch. Trying to find a way to contact them cause I can't even get gas after work to get home, so I'm stranded here waiting on them to contact me to resolve whatever issue they have. After reading some of these reviews I'm glad I didn't do the direct deposit. I pay off my balance dam near every week and it always takes forever to clear. Starting to regret dealing with this fly by night circus show
DISAPPOINTED
I "applied" for this and was "approved". Downloaded the app and was never able to even log in. Says sending code to my phone but never does. I contacted them and only received an email saying someone would be in touch (twice). Noone has and still can't log in. I expected and hoped for this to be a good and LEGITIMATE program. BUYER BEWARE. (I will come back and update review upon resolution)

In the section that wanted you to verify yourself it kept asking me verify myself I gave him my license number I gave it a picture of myself and it still didn't think I was me so maybe it wanted me to cut my finger off and send it to him maybe that will show how sure I am that it's me!!!!!
Gaslighting by Arro to Passenger and Access-a-Ride1
On September 20, I was supposed to be picked up at 2 pm after receiving calls at 12 pm and 1 pm that my ride would be on its way. When I telephoned Access-A-Ride at 2:10 pm, I was informed Arro drive would come about 3-5 minutes when the telephone called ended at 2:22 pm. I called Access-A-Ride again at 2:40 pm which informed me that Arro said driver had showed up but I was a no show. I replied that was there and had not been texted. I telephoned Arro at 3:17 pm whom the Arro rep claimed the 2 pm driver had failed to show, and they then had no replacement. I then said she needed to get the story straight because the second call by Access-A-Ride to Arro the rep had claimed I was a no show. I told her I was there and had received no telephone or no text. I told her that she and the other rep needed to get story straight. She claimed the matter would be investigated but when asked when I would get a written report, she left everything in the air—she was blowing me off. Arro’s representatives gaslighted me and Access-A-Ride to hide its incompetence and dodge its responsibility to the customer. Access-A-Ride did give me an authorized taxi ride and for to rebook my return but unfortunately I could not take advantage of this because I had other time commitments to fulfill

Today, my first (and last) time using the ARRO app, the app said the driver would arrive in a certain number of minutes. As I waited, my very taxi drove by without stopping! Worse, the app notified me the driver claimed I was a no-show and I’d be charged a $5.00 penalty!
Good gracious! Fraud! And, it turns out there are few options for defending oneself. ARRO conceals its phone number. So, I sent the company a message via the app.
Not holding my breath for adjudication or even a reply.

Bad experience after bad experience…
Bad experience after bad experience with this company. I opened an account in 2019 with the promise of care and hassle free banking. It could have been further from the truth.
Since the beginning of 2019 i've had my account suspended 7 times, all for trivial things, like transferring a small amounts of cash like £3.00 from one account to my arro account and they suspended the account for over 10 days because they wanted me to prove where the £3.00 came from, i had no access to money for those 10 days as the bulk of the money was with arro. This happened 7 times!
Skip forward 12 months later. They closed my account because they decide that i'm using my account in a way that contravenes their terms. I hadn't used my account for 2 months. What they were referring to was there was several declined transactions on my card. Which they wanted me to clarify. I clarified why there was declined transactions but they decided to close my account anyways.
I believe this is in contravention of FCA guidelines, and will be reported accordingly.
I can not recommend this company to anyone, because i don't want them to experience the problems I have. It's kind of lucky I didnt have much money in the account or i would have been left penniless for months.
Avoid at all costs folks, this one's a stinker. There's a lot better companies out there, which i wont list. Who don't suspend your account without merit. Happy Banking.

Never had a problem with any service from them .I would give another star when they have a direct debit in place at moment it's just a standing order option to pay regular bills. And I don't think it's fair be charged 50p everytime you use an ATM to get cash considering I pay a month fee already but other than that it's a good service I'm getting

I want to take legal action about this company(Arro) and I know it is one of your company so called bank even tho is not. I am a current customer with them and They have treated me very unfairly and I have all the proof to ensure that I can take legal proceedings. They block peoples money for days and put people in very difficult situation and do not follow the FCA rule and regulation even though they claim that they do also the customer service staff are open of the worst to ever come across. This is the second time they have blocked my payments and also due to poor customer service and not giving me details as to why they delayed my payment for so long and put me in such difficult situation. You guyz as a whole have lot of questions to answer. After some research I found out that I am not the only victim, there are more.
Arro is not a bank, they are a money transfer service I have proof of this as said from one of their staff member. I am writing a complaint to FCA as they are not licenced and do not follow the correct procedures to solve issue of their customer they are all a lie.
Everyone who has been effected by them please I would advice you write to FCA stating your problem as I am certain they will take action for such companies
Unbelievable worst bank
Unbelievable worst bank. They just closed my account unexpectedly within hours of them stating you have 5 working days to pay your overdraft and they just close my account. Very disappointed been a member for over 2 years now.
Don't touch with a bargepole
Arro is the bank for you if you enjoy vaguely threatening emails from an outfit called the 'Compliance Team' telling you your account has been suspended until you can justify perfectly routine transactions and provide homemade mugshots with your passport or driving license. I actually complied with this nonsense, only to be told this morning that my account has been closed (no reason given, of course), and that it would take SIX TO TEN WEEKS to return my money, over 3000 pounds. Reading other reviews on this site, I seriously doubt if I'll actually see a penny of it again ever. Trust these people at your peril.
