Quicker Payments using Arro Money
I couldn't get account in the big banks of London when I first came here. Later a friend told me about Arro Money and honestly, their application was so easy. And now I have been using Arro Money for over a month and it has made my life so much easier. I have used it for London underground, shopping at the airport and I really like how I can instantly receive money or transfer it to a bank account. Using Arro I have been able to save alot of time when I'm travelling and need to make an instant payment. In addition, Arro has great customer service who have helped me with some authorisation issues at first.

Arro Money Scam/thieves/Evil People. FRAUDSTERS!
Arro Money is the greatest scam of this century. Please don't use them. They will bite you and never reply to your messages.They took my GBP 1770 and told me to wait for 10 weeks and my money will be returned to me but to no avail. They are very evil. No one should fall for this terrible mess I was put through. I was kicked out of my apartment because I couldn't pay my rents in October. They have been keeping my money for 3 months now. I curse the day I ever signed up for their service. They ruined my life and am still badly affected to this day.

Acceptable experience but there has been some friction. Mainly with FCA compliance. They're a little too quick at freezing peoples accounts, even when SMALL amounts have been transferred in from known sources (such as my payees) or known registered companies.
Even banks don't freeze accounts this quickly. No other CSP or financial institution acts like Arro do. they're trying to be something they're not.
They will question EVERY single transaction that goes in, no matter how little the amount is. They're the most strictest company out there. One minute your account will be active, next minute its not and it could happen at any time, leaving you in the lurch and penniless for days at a time. Its okay, they've got your money and they'll be making interest on your balance. Meanwhile you're starving to death.
I would still recommend them but not for a primary account, not for receiving benefits or paying bills. Just use it for day to day purchases such as groceries. But keep an eye on your account.
You'll be caught out when you least expect it. and your card wont work.
I would have given them 4 stars, but the suspensions are too often to give them a reasonable review. If they had a telephone number i could use where i can discuss my account, they'd get 4.5 stars.
** UPDATE 2/5/2020 **
Finally, they've closed my account in February 2020 for absolutely NO acceptable reason. Seems they just wanted to get rid of me because I complained about their operating practices. Thankfully they're now no longer trading as a challenger bank and have purged all of their customers with very little warning.
I hope they never come back. Absolutely shocking company! Definitely not a company that you want to trust with your money!
I'm sure the FCA will see sense and revoke their E-Money license.

I have been a customer a while and I have had several of the issues that other users appear to have had- I accept that they need to verify source of money etc and the first 2 times it was inconvenient but I was happy to do this but my account has now been suspended a THIRD time it is beyond a joke I've sent my ID previously and verified the source of income and still they look for ways to stop you accessing your money

I am an Arro customer,and i asked for a new card 5 days ago,after that i tried to activate my card as it says on the website,of course the cvv on the back of the card it didn't worked,i called in 3 times today to ask them about this issue,they said that i can retrieve my cvv by a phone message,of course they told me that just to get rid of me,later on they emailed me that they will send a new arro card what it means i need to wait another 3 maybe 5 days.
Their customer service is very bad,that guy couldn't even speak proper english,he sound like he was asleep,he didn't gave me any help, but you need to pay fee for everything,fee for having an account with them,fee if you need to change your card because of security reason,even when you call them you need to pay.. i haven't seen anything like this JUST DON'T TRUST THEM!!! If you call in they only lie just to get rid of you.

I've enjoy using the Arro card but I also like to see if possible that you offer a small loan towards helping people whom with you after three months and doing that may be help to cover a out standing bill or some thing needed urgent, and by you offering this would be paid back within 28 days, and if the account is up to date with credit may be offer a longer loan, repaying each month. this I'll like to see.

Have just had my account suspended apparently through the compliance department! Responded to email with querying my transactions. Called customer services and they couldn't have cared less! I wish I had read reviews on these scammers as I wouldn't have bothered with them!
After reading these reviews I now guess they have scammed me out of the 800 pounds that was in the account! Reported to FCA, trading standards. Legal action instigated already.

Amazingly their trust pilot responses are quicker than their customer email responses! What a joke! I have nearly 800 ponuds in an account with them and cannot access this before Christmas! They think I'm using my account fraudulently by having my wages paid in and my rent paid out?!
This could be a lengthy process but i will involve every agency and financial support organisation to stop these scammers. Please follow my lead and review the life out of this! I found these people on Facebook by the way so PLEASE PLEASE do not bother with Facebook adverts! And on that note! Facebook you should be ashamed of yourselves to have poor hardworking people like me have their money stolen from them by arro!
