This company are a scam and should be…

This company are a scam and should be avoided at all costs, my account was suspended less than 24 hours after opening - there were no transactions yet they had concerns about how the account is run. Luckily I had not transferred any money to these scammers

In all honesty getting an Arro Card was…

In all honesty getting an Arro Card was very easy to do and arrived within the 3-5 day est. delivery time. However upon receiving my card I learned it was not what I originally thought it was, I believed it to be a credit card when infact it’s similar to a bank card.

Opened an arro acccount months ago

Opened an arro acccount months ago, no problems. Then outbifbthr blue with around 50 pounds depisited into the account they suspended the account. There was nothing unusual in the account. The telephone number (on which youre on hold for ages at 5p a minute) is a waste of time. I dont have the email i had when i opened the accoint therefore they refuse to contact me in any other way. Its all designed forbthem tonhold your money. Absolute scam of a company

I have just had my account blocked with…

I have just had my account blocked with Arro for no reason, says

"Your Arro Account has been suspended, as the details you provided on your application form are duplicated within our systems. This is against our terms and conditions of use, we apologise for any inconvenience this may cause."

I have no clue why this is happening, I tried contacting via e-mail and all I received was the same automated response, very frustrating and quite worrying.

EDIT: It's now Monday 19th November and my account is still blocked, I had payments due in last night and no doubt they would have been blocked, my day to day living is suffering since I rely on this card quite a bit.

EDIT 2: DO NOT go with this firm, you will seriously regret it, here is the reply I had back this morning:

"Dear Christopher,

The review of your account has now been completed by our Compliance Department. There are continuing concerns with how the account is being used/managed, and we have been instructed by our Compliance Department to close your account with immediate effect.

Any funds that may remain in the account, will be returned to the account(s) which have most recently credited the account. This process can take up to 6-10 weeks to be returned, however in some circumstances this can take longer.

Our Customer Support Team are unable to discuss this matter over the phone, and any enquiries should be raised on a reply email.

We would like to thank you for your patience and understanding whilst this review took place.

Kind Regards,
Arro"

So basically they've screwed me over, let this be a lesson for anyone wishing to go with them *BEWARE* this could happen to YOU.

So far it is as it said on the tin and…

So far it is as it said on the tin and have had no problems and am very happy. The only slight concern I currently have is I have transferred money into a closed HSBC account by mistake, HSBC have confirmed the funds were sent straight back on Friday but are yet to reappear in my account which is slightly worrying. If it wasn't for this they would have got 5 stars.

To add on to this, this issue to be fair IS NOT Arro's Fault and to be clear they have been very patient with my ranting and raving. Thank you for your help and patience all changed to 5 star to reflect. The account is exactly as I need and they have been very helpful

So far so good can't complain all my payments go in quick etc.. be nice if there was an app though.. my only gripe is seeing some of the negative reviews were peoples accounts are suspended without proper explanation its a bit unfair to say we need to suspended.. accounts sometimes to prevent fraud.. thats ok but people need better explanation then that.. as anyone knows just been locked out of your account for a days can cause massive issues for people.. But yeah on a whole happy with the service so far no complaints

With regards to suspending accounts, unfortunately we do on occasion have to do that, and when people post reviews about this there is limited information we can give on such a public forum. We do communicate by email and share as much information as we are able to. We completely understand the inconvenience that it can cause and work to resolve issues as quickly as possible. Opened an account ages ago closed my Lloyd’s account after issues and wired money to arrow now they suspended my account for no reason and asked for photo if which I did now they want to Verify my address and after reading these comments I’m worried there going to run of with my £3500 oh btw they was fast enough to take there fee tho then suspended account

I set up an account with Arro which was…

I set up an account with Arro which was easy enough. I was going to use the account to put money away for Christmas. I transferred money into the account but the next time I tried to login in it said there was a problem with the account. I sent an email (no customer service phone number). Eventually I received an email saying I had to verify myself by sending photo ID. A few days later I received an email saying my account is blocked and my money will be returned in 6-10 weeks 'but in some cases can take longer'. So they've scammed me out of £80 and they have a scan of my passport.

4 weeks later and still nothing from them. My accountant suggests logging a call with actionfraud.police because they have my passport details.

I only started banking with these…

I only started banking with these fraudsters 2 days ago and they stole my money and don’t want to admit they have my money, Seriously don’t bank with these people, you will spend more money on phone call trying to find out where your money is. This company is fraud. These guys are making living on other people’s money. I am disgusted by this fraud company

We've not stolen any money and whilst I cannot discuss account specifics on a public forum, if money has not arrived in an account and there is no record of an attempt, you need to contact the sending bank or payment service. I will pass your feedback about our phonelines on to the relevant department.

I had an horrible experience with…

I had an horrible experience with ARRO.PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM!. transferred money from my own account into my ARRO account account was blocked then reopened(for only 500GBP).Now I have money in the account and still no response.Customer service from an Aaron is appalling.More training needed.
