Very reliable, well-packaged, beautiful fish, easy communication, well-priced, and all around a top experience.

After I had some difficulties of my own marking, I thought I would be out of pocket with no products, how wrong I was, this company has bent over backwards to make sure I got what wanted. I have only bought fish from them once before as i am a bit of a newbie to the fishy world, BUT, the choice of fish is amazing and when mine arrived they were fantastic quality and the price is very good. I will reccommend them to all my other fishy friends, and to any of my other friends that dont (as yet) have a tank or two. Will buy from them again and again.

Just like to say that this was first time using Aquatropics and found the service excellent. The range of fish they stock is amazing and was able to purchase some really different Tanganyika fish which I haven’t seen before anywhere, and will definitely be looking to buy again from them in the future.

Hi, so we ordered 6 american cichlids and all came in absolutely perfect condition and we had great communication the whole way. We were very sceptical about ordering fish online, we had never done so before and we scouted every shop we could find and read all reviews and came to the conclusion aquatropics was going to be the safest gamble. And it was! The fish came extremely well packaged, and are enjoying their new 4ft specialist community tank as our final additions to complete our little ecosystem, theyre jsut starting to colour up nicely now theyre getting more comfortable and it will only get better as they grow!

First time using this company and I am impressed, the fish were packaged lovely and securely.

I bought 4 yoyo loaches and 20 cardinal tetras, they were a little bit smaller than I was expecting but I think that was my fault for not paying attention to the size they were listed as. The fish all came alive and active and have settled beautifully into the tank, it is a bit difficult to do a head count on 20 small and very fast tetras but i think I may be been sent a few more than 20 which is always a plus

I have been buying from Aquatropics for over a year. The quality of the fish, and snails I have bought is outstanding. I continue to be amazed when the insulated polystyrene boxes and the occupants are all good and healthy.
Of recent I needed some advice from the team at Aquatropics, and a very kind and helpful chap named Andy answered my questions answered over the phone and emails.
Because of the service delivery from Andy I will continue to buy from Aquatropics.

Second time I have used aquatropics for my fish purchase. The fish arrived in a very carefully packaged box and my shrimps had some food accompanying them,all in good health. I would highly recommend other fishkeepers to use them especially as they have a wider range of fish not readily available in your local fish retailer.
