This is the Aquatics Specialists store I will be going to for the rest of my life. I love this store.

I currently have 3 aquariums purchased from the shop. 1 bespoke 108.5L aquarium I ordered through them, and 2 Huga Kamishi 50L aquariums, and they are excellent quality. My next project will be another bespoke aquarium I'll order through Riverpark.
The aquarium equipment range is broad and from trusted known brands like Sicco, Eheim, Fluval, Seachem and others. All my new equipment has been purchased from Riverpark. Everything works and it has been interesting to try out products from brands I've wanted, but haven't had the opportunity to buy.
The Food, Chemical, and Decor range is also excellent. Seachem, API, Tetra, Hikari are products I use and the selection of rocks, woods, gravels, and other decor is vast.
All of my new plants have been purchased through Riverpark. Which they get from Tropica and other sources of high quality aquarium plants.
The fish selection, is again, vast and everything I expect from an aquatics store that cares for it's livestock. The tanks are not overstocked, they're clean, and filled with amazing and healthly livestock. Fish, Shrimps, Snails, Amphibians, and a small stock of Reptiles. I currently have 40 Neocaridinia Blue Shrimp, and an assortment of freshwater Nerite Snails. All are very healthy animals and I have had no problems in acclimatising them to my aquariums' water parameters. Just excellent stock.

Finally, everyone at Riverpark is super nice and extremely knowledgable about the livestock and store product range. I feel welcomed everytime I walk into the shop, and always feel satisfied with their answers to questions I have asked. Always worth a trip into the shop, even if I'm not buying anything.

Like I said, this is the shop I will go to for the rest of my life. I highly recommend you check them out at their store in Linwood, and/or their website.

So i ordered 2 Odessa barbs and 5 CPD’s to add to my existing colonies on a Sunday and receives the fish on a Friday. Two big things is that they will not reply to your emails texts nothing. Also i ordered 5 CPD’s and they only gave me four. The positives are all fish were healthy no issues with that side of things just annoyed i only received 4/5 fish.

Unmached choice of fresh water and tropical fish. Full rooms dedicated to to area of the world they come from.
Amazing choices and volume of aquascaping products and materials.
Super friendly and knowledgeable staff!

I have made 4 orders so far each time over £100 and so far I've been very impressed with the fish I have received
The whole service has been fantastic

I received healthy, active fish which were really well packaged. They were double bagged in a sturdy polystyrene box with lots of padding and two heat pads which were still warm upon opening the box.
Despatch was a little slow but the package arrived the day after it was despatched.
The fish are doing very well and I'll definitely be back for more when I'm ready.

According to your review I was tryng to scam you?? Note you took 11 days of me sending emails before i contacted the bank ok what fish company leaves a customer hangng for 10 days without contacting them about the order? That is why i contacted the bank first nothing to do with getting out of paying ,I said to you id sort it once you sent the fish which i was going to do but your sending 3 fish 1 dead was the last straw ,,,you got the order to ship. You did send 3 fish no one is trying to scam you as i am not that sort of person .You clearly have trouble coping with peoples negative reponses due to feedback. I did open a bank reclaim as i had not heard in 10 days Do you think that is acceptable .You sent 3 fish even though you call your cusomer a liar. Then one was dead on arrival which my bank has all the pictures. I was not trying to scam riverpark aquatics the service you provided was literally abismal Sorry the last review you managed to remove .Yes the bank reclaim was because i had not heard a thing nothing to do with the poor service dead fish or wrong counting which happened after or the fish that look half starved ! !! .I suggest your retrain your staff as they clearly can not count to 5 or better still get some new ones ! ! ! Scam you huh ! we were scammed by you! As to getting customers true experiences of your company removed from here clearly shows you have problems with customer criticism .Why would i lie about 3 fish coming over 5? its just totally ridiculous .Humans make mistakes ok ,How can i prove 3 turned up ? i could have taken two out the bag and done it back up if i was devious which im not I told you what happened and you chose to blame the customer instead of a human mistake by a person YOUR end. ok , Today less then 24 hours later there is 1 alive .poor service !

As one who has been in the aquatic business for 60 years. On the internet riverpark aquatic is one of the best. The fish arrived on time in good condition. One fish did die in transit due to being court in the folds of the bag. An refund was offered as soon as I got in touch .
This GIVES a first class service

First and last order with them. I ordered 3 shrimps, one of them arrived half alive and died shortly after. I contacted them immediately by phone and email. Two weeks passed and still no response. I won’t buy from them again. Very bad service and bad experience. Not recommended

I have brought fish several times from these guys. Everything from discus too mollies, not for the same tanks. Everything's, been great.
Choice, price, communication, quality, delivery iv nothing but positives. Also very helpful, all my questions and more answered, all endured a positive experience. Good fish too, no surprises, all the fish doing very well. I brought some great discus, lovely good quality fish.

I wish I had read about the 1 star reviews before I ordered my tropical fish. Received order confirmation at the weekend but have not received any information about shipping. This is unusual, Usually when I order fish online I would receive a shipping email within 24 hours. I could not choose a day. I have emailed and messaged today which I hope will resolve the situation but if not I will need to contact my bank. Have received an email back so will wait and see.

Just received my £190 order of Rummy Nose Tetras, Pencilfish and Clown Loaches from Riverpark Aquatics and I’m completely satisfied

Every single fish arrived in perfect health – zero DOA, zero stress, and all of them are already schooling, exploring, and showing colors on day one. The rummy noses are flashing bright red like they’ve been in my tank for months, the torpedo barbs are looking vibrant, and the clown loaches are already out and about being their playful selves

Packing was impeccable: double-bagged, heat packs still warm

Communication throughout the whole process was fantastic – quick replies, honest stock numbers and they changed the fish that weren't compatible with my current stock. They also waited until there was good weather conditions to minimise fish stress and loss

Price was very fair, and the quality is noticeable These are clearly well-quarantined, properly fed fish.

Riverpark Aquatics has set a good bar. I’ll rarely risk buying delicate fish anywhere else. Thank you so much

They are scam-mming, already have evidence of Dead livestock, provided screenshots, owner kept turning off my calls and refused to help

This is the best online aquatic shop. I have placed several orders with them, and have always received young healthy fish. The owner Daniel is very helpful and has an excellent knowledge of his products. The fish always arrive next day, and are superbly packed, well worth the £20 shipping fee. Even with the shipping fee, the fish work out cheaper, than my local Maidenhead aquatics. Well done Daniel and your team!

Think good experience I buy 9 discus fish about few months a goo looks great 2 is dead’s but still is ok .
But 4 stars because communications with River park is so poor no response email and you can’t choice colour of fish if you buy online . That all I’m happy and we will back

This has been my second experience buying fish off them, and I wouldn’t recommend it, I got 3 betta’s that ended up with some sort of disease, I spend a fortune treating them for all sorts to them die as well as kill most of ma other fish in the process. This time it was Cory’s after only 24 hours I’ve lost one and think I’m starting to lose another. I dread to think how many I will have left out what I’ve bought. I was stupit enough thinking it was a one off what happened the first time round but nope, defo would not buy tropical fish from them again. I dnt think they treat the water properly. In my eyes they should be closed down as obviously they dnt know what they are doing

I recently purchased a group of Amatitlania nanolutea from Riverpark Aquatics and was genuinely impressed from start to finish. The fish arrived in excellent health, with vivid colouration, clear species-typical traits, and zero signs of hybridisation — which is sadly becoming harder to find these days.

Packaging was robust and clearly marked, and delivery was prompt. Communication throughout was reassuring. It’s obvious Riverpark takes pride in sourcing and supplying fish of high quality and true lineage.

If you’re looking for properly identified Central American cichlids — especially rare or lesser-kept species — I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Riverpark Aquatics. One of the few online retailers I trust to get it right.

Fish arrived safe and sound. Been in the tank for a day, settled and feeding well. Would definitely recommend.

I ordered 4 snails was sent ordered confirmation and a tracking number. 4 days later I still haven't received the snails and when I put the tracking number into Royal mail it says they're still waiting for the company to send the package. I've sent an email and message riverpark aquatics through there website but I haven't received a response. The best part is I keep getting an email from them asking me to complete and order for some shrimp I was looking at. Sadly my experience has been very poor. I've now purchased the snails from another company.

Writing this review after having the fish in the tank for 4 days. All the fish are healthy, active and full of colour.

Delivery arrived the next morning no issues. I was surprised and impressed that all the cichlids I ordered were individually packaged.

It was my first time ordering fish online and from River park. Would definitely recommend and order again!
