Got my l27 royal pleco Saturday nice healthy fall belly fish thanks you all at aquatics to your door

I have dealt with this company over several years and have bought quite a few various types of fish from them for my multiple aquariums. I have also bought live plants. In all cases I have been very impressed with the service. Very professional staff who I have spoken with personally and also via WhatsApp and email and they have been very quick at answering any questions or solving any issues. The delivery has always been prompt in fact extremely fast and items have arrived in good condition and very well packed with great care. The fish are always healthy and lively and colorful and bring a lot of joy to our household. The information given on their website is accurate and helpful when choosing fish and reading up on their care requirements. What you see is what you get. When the fish arrive they look very much like they do in the supplied pictures. The fish and plants are extremely well priced and our excellent value for money in my opinion. I would recommend this company to anyone wishing to buy fish online which is an excellent service for me seeing as I am disabled and housebound. This company deserves the five-star rating and I would never hesitate in recommending them to anyone. Keep up the good work. X

We’ll starting the review, what a friendly and helpful company to communicate with. I ordered 5 African Cichlids on Friday for delivery Tuesday. The fish were exactly what I was after. They all turned up alive, but unfortunately one was swimming upside down and didn’t survive the night. This can happen when you order fish online or even from the shop unfortunately. The team responded straight to my WhatsApp and the photos I sent them. They were helpful and friendly and have offered to replace the one that passed away. I really do appreciate companies like this as it makes you think that buying stuff online isn’t really that bad. I hope to get more fish from this company in the future once these ones are settled in. Aquatics to your door is an excellent company and I hope to be in contact with them again soon.

Had multiple orders from here and most have arrived in superb condition, only one incident that had a some arrive deceased, however customer service where friendly and reassuring, they where quick to help me resolve it and replaced them happily,
great quality fish better than my local stores, couldn’t fault them.

definitely my go too for adding to my tanks, they let you know if the fish you ordered is out of stock ahead of dispatch so you have the choice to replace them, can’t fault delivery either, always friendly and on time! Don’t hesitate ordering!

Order fish 3 times of aqautics to your 1st time all perfect 2nd time 1 guppy deas so they did replace it and the 3rd and FINAL time i ordered guppies and angel fish(angel fish for a different tank) when they arrived 1 angel fish dead refund issue so was ok with this put fish in tank and went to bed woke in in the morning to both of my tanks 1 of guppies and neon tetras all dead and cloudy and other tank of angel fish all dead and cloudy reaches out to the company to get nothing but rudness and blame put on me for the guppies dying even though i have had them for a while expect the new batch to be told they will not refund or replace as its my fault moved to to angel fish and because one arrived dead and another arrived with 1 EYE they agreed to refund so even though both tanks was the same i lost money for that purchase and all my other purchases on my guppies which i spent a lot on!!!! AVOID THIS PLACE THEY ARE RUDE AND WILL PUT BLAME ON YOU im now left woth a huge loss of money and 2 empty tanks till i can replace ive lost all my fish because of this company they will never have my bussiness again
Added from there reply yes they qas rude cutting my partner off and the tank was set up a few weeks and had my previous fish in there for 6-7 days so just trying to lie there way put of there mistake and take my money STAY CLEAR

I used Aquatics to Your Door to get hold of some creatures I wasn’t seeing in my local fish shops, although I did have some welfare concerns about shipping live fish. I needn’t have worried. They arrived brilliantly packed and insulated, including a heat pack and large, well oxygenated bags. I could not get over how pristine the water was, hardly any waste, do the fish must have been packed at the last possible minute. The fish I ordered were healthy and confident and settled in immediately.

We had one casualty however. Of the two crabs ordered one was being eaten by the other. Murder, or opportunistic cannibalism, who can say? Crabs are gonna crab! I sent a WhatsApp message and a 2 second video of the cannibal holding the corpse above his head in grisly victory, and I was offered a refund or store credit in accordance with their guarantee.

Another point to make is that while shipping isn’t cheap, at a flat rate of £20 plus a fiver for Saturday delivery, it was reliable and careful. Also the prices of the livestock beats anything I’m seeing locally, so if you are ordering several creatures the total cost may even work out cheaper than LFS. Unlike many rivals there is no lower limit of numbers, and you can specify whether you want a certain sex. Be aware with many species it can be really hard to tell at a young age and mistakes may be made but they will try to get it right for you.
I will definitely be ordering from these guys in future and would recommend them to others.

These guys are great !! My tropical fish/snails/shrimp arrived promptly and in very safe and great packaging, heated delivery so minimal stress on the fish , would advice checking out their selection as they have many types that LFS do not have , can’t recommend them enough 10/10

Just built our first pond. Stocked it with fish from aquatics to your door. All fish arrived when specified all in good healthy condition. 4 weeks later still going strong.

I was initially nervous about ordering live fish online. However, the pricing for large Koi seemed excellent so I went for it. I chose 2 from the actual photos of the fish on the website. There was a slight issue with delivery which was not the fault of Aquatics but I spoke to Suzanne who sorted everything out. The fish arrived in perfect condition. They are both beautiful, confident fish that have clearly been looked after by Aquatics To Your Door and I'm super happy with them. I will definitely be using them again for all my pond needs.
