When the delivery arrived it was packed well and the fish were fine after 24 hours leaving the light off the fish settled down and actively swimming around the tank shows how healthy the fish are and would recommend anybody this company to anyone wanting to buy fish atca reasonable price

Fish arrived safe and healthy was even given a couple extra which was so kind of them will deffo be using again my daughter is over the moon.

Superb customer service through the what’s app platform. Answered any questions I had and quickly! They sent videos of individual fish before I placed the order, and everything was packaged brilliantly. Would highly reccomend 10/10.

2 fish died in the first 2 hrs of arriving, the remaining 7 over the course of a week. So paid £65, for ultimately 2 plants, a snail (which looked nothing like the picture on the website!!) and 1 fish

My second order. The fish arrived in perfect condition and all are thriving 4 months later. They have all put on a great deal of weight during the summer. This company gives a first class service. The butterfly Koi are so pretty.

Really good quality fish, had an issue with a burst bag in the delivery box caused by the delivery firm but they were really helpful and promised when I reorder I would get the value of the 2 that didn't make it back, great customer service Nd the rest of the fish were fine top quality

I've bought a few times from them ,and they advertise that all fish are in perfect condition, that is so far from the truth,, I bought an Oscar,it came with a chunk out of the dorsal fin,..no refund...the second one was supposed to be a red blood Oscar, it wasn't, just a very poorly colored Oscar,no refund...so stopped buying from them.. truth hurts

There was a problem with my khuli loaches that were ordered but instead I received a call the day before delivery about the problem and was given a choice of different loaches as the ones I ordered were showing signs of distress.
