Have ordered from Aquatropics before and wasn't dissapointed and can honestly say the same again. Ordered 5 angelfish which were delivered very healthy in an extremely well packaged box.

Have used quite a few other online retailers but have to say that Aquatropics are possibly the best I've used. Great selection of fish and they take extreme care to ensure the fishes health is prioritised.

Will 100% be using them again for any future orders. Amazing company!

Hiya, we were very impressed with the variety of fish available plus other items online to buy. When they found out our rural location they sorted an alternative to their normal delivery mode for us at no extra cost. All our fish were delivered to the island (scotland) perfectly. We have had no issues with the fish since they arrived, all healthy and happy now in their forever tanks lol!! We are going to be ordering more fish from this company in the next month or 2. Highly recommend them.

I ordered 4 geosesarma denerle ( purple vampire crabs) and they came In absolute brilliant condition, bare in mind I live in Newcastle up north from London so it’s quite a journey, they were brilliantly packed, with many layers for protection and even hand warmers incase it was too cold, I’ve had them say a week now and they are still doing brilliantly, (as far as I can tell it’s true what they say about them being shy lol) an they were dead cheap £30 for 4! Hefty shipping but that’s to be expected and worth every penny for how far it is and how well they came, 10/10 would and will be ordering from here again

Highly recommend. Fantastic. Healthy, well packed, active little baby fish. Would recommend. I was worried being in North Scotland about the distance but delivered on time, fish doing fantastic in their new home.

The order process was easy, I was kept up to date on my order and when it would arrive. They arrived as advised and packed very well. The fish appeared very healthy and active, some quite young as others have mentioned but i was expecting it and wasn't an issue. I have had them for a month and all have done very well. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from this company again, the only reason I didn't give them 5* is because I ordered super colourful and I had 2 x plain black.

2 stars for the 2 bags that arrived alive. They placed 100 Tetras into one small bag and expected them to arrive. I only received 8 out of the 10 shrimp I ordered. No reply after I asked for a refund of my tetras, when I asked for partial delivery refund or noticed the only 8 shrimp! Received email about my tetras refund only!

I took a chance ordering some fish as I couldn't find what I wanted anywhere else. The fish arrived safely and incredibly well packed. Very healthy fish. Thank you so much.
