All the fish arrived alive and are doing well. They were well packed and were all as described.

Excellent service arrived when stated via email. I have had a few orders of stock from them and they have arrived well packed, these were healthy. I would use these again.

Great company. Fish arrived very well packed, healthy and all in good shape. So far they’re all doing really well, panda corys are energetic little things. Delivery was much smoother and much quicker than discount aquatics, who delayed my snail by a couple days and he didn’t arrive in good health. I recommend buying from here if you want good quality, well looked after livestock.

First time ordering online orderd 5 rusty mbuna. fish well packed and all healthy no problems also email from delivery saying delivery before 13.00hr arrived 12.00 so could not fault process.

This is my third order I could not fault I had absolutely no difference in the way they were sant very well packed sent Tuesday and I got them on Wednesday.
I will be getting more from this seller once I give the fish a few weeks to settle in.

I always use this online store from now on. They have an amazing selection of fish with great prices MUCH BETTER then in store shopping prices. Great value for money.
You may have to wait couple weeks for the delivery but it's worth it for no hassle shopping and great choice of products.

I made a purchase of guppies and they were beautifully selected. They are so vibrant in colour and are happy swimming in the tank. The delivery process was really good and straightforward. I will be buying from here again. Thanks so much

What can I say but 10 out of 10 they are the best looking healthy fish I've ordered online there range is for more than other online companies at a better price people will say bad things or leave a bad review on them using royal mail to deliver but honestly they are well packaged never had a dead fish or a fish with any parasites or ich ect i will definitely stick with this company in future plus everything I've ordered has been young . After reading the reviews and being contacted by the company as I had chosen to pay by cash on delivery , the messaged me to say this isn’t an option ( why have it there then , even though they removed it immediately apparently) when I asked them what courier they will use and they stated it’s Royal Mail and I questioned them about the reviews stating Royal Mail don’t have a licence to deal with live stock they read but no response to the WhatsApp message , I cancelled my order

I was told initially that they used Royal Mail it was only after I queried the use of Royal Mail and their licence to transport live stock that they then ‘ checked ‘ and said they could use APS otherwise they wouldn’t have , it was only after I left a negative review that they offered to send the fish once I made a payment , I said no just cancel ( at no point did they state the fish were being prepared for transport , so that I don’t believe They then messaged me today to say they will send the fish and I can make the payment after wards so long as I took my review down , well I didn’t and they can try and take the spotlight off themselves by stating my profile shows I only leave negative reviews , plenty of people do the same thing , if a company does what it says it will do and is I apart of their role I would t leave feedback , if the company hide behind ‘ we do t know why this happened ‘ or ‘ we always put our customers first ‘ buzz words then I will leave negative feedback back here because that’s all they seem to take notice of , it’s up to customers to make their own mind up who they do business with based on reviews negative and positive

They also checked my profile to see how many reviews I’ve left which is 8 in 5?years ……. Just fyi
