Excellent system and outstanding customer support
I’ve been using the Ajax security system with several different devices, including sensors, HomeSiren, DoorBell and Relay, and I’m extremely impressed with the whole ecosystem.
The products are well designed, reliable, easy to configure and offer a huge amount of flexibility when building or expanding a security and smart-home setup.
What impressed me most, however, is the customer support. I honestly don’t remember ever experiencing support this good from a technology company. Fast responses, knowledgeable people who actually understand the products, and a genuine effort to investigate and solve the problem rather than just sending generic instructions.
The combination of excellent hardware, a very polished app and exceptional support makes Ajax an easy 5/5 recommendation for me.

The system does what it's supposed to…
The system does what it's supposed to do without any hassles. A slight niggle would be the remote controller being a little temperamental, but I control it from my phone now, so probl solved. All in all a great system.

Ajax Alarm System - Best decision
The system works properly and does what it should. No faults or errors so far. Even if it’s more expensive than other systems I can only recommend the alarm system.

Ajax alarms are fantastic; they genuinely feel years ahead of other alarm manufacturers in almost every aspect.
The hardware is sleek and well-built, and the app is brilliant — fast, intuitive, reliable, and beautifully designed. The entire ecosystem integrates seamlessly, and the battery life on the devices is incredible.
Customer support is also second to none. When I contacted them, I was helped almost immediately by a knowledgeable, friendly team who provided clear links to great documentation and video guides. Everything was straightforward and easy to follow. Excellent all round.

Defective sensor
We had an issue with one of the sensors: the battery was empty after only 3 months
They were changed immediately but after another 3 months it was the same
After contacting technical support they came 2 days later and changed the sensor which appeared to be defective
Kudos to our contact Thomas and your excellent service
So yes, I will definitely (and already have done so) recommend Ajax Security 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

Ajax manufacturer produce quality systems and decices , ive been using them for more than half a year ,and i can count on it , not only devices ,sensors , detectors but software and various options of customisation of how they works are awesome.Also settings are very logical and fine tuned.
