Don't buy the Tortilla white wraps. Packaging ridiculous to open. Wraps paper thin and all stuck together. Peeling them of just tears them into pieces. AVOID.

Great experience and extremely helpful lady called Annila, who quickly sorted my Credit card query. One star deleted for the long hold time which was 35 minutes.

Abysmal service, undelivered orders

I have been a lifelong customer of Coop and only order online because my local Coop has been closed, I have had 2 undelivered orders, which I waited in for and made me late for work, and where the money has been taken from my bank and takes days to go back in. I spoke to customer service and they ended the call, which was very rude, I will no longer be shopping with Coop or recommend them to friends or family.

COOP TOOK MONEY EGNORED ORDER

i found co op online food order site , bit had no confirmation of order nothing coop just took £26.89 ??? i had to phone next day spoke to very sleepy coop opperative , he said refund me , but nothing happened, i got refund from paypal, coop why advertise you goods online when you totally egnore ot but take money , no more shopping with them. it seems ok through justeat though

The day we met Luke

While we had our vehicle for Social Diversion Team get filled up with gas at Coop,Taylor Plaza,North Red Deer. We were assisted by an amazing and respectful young man named, Luke. We are very delighted to have met him and we do hope we have more young people like him. Thank you very much,Luke! It was a pleasure meeting you⚓️😊

On the 11th October I placed an online…

On the 11th October I placed an online order and after an hour it hadn't turned up so I called them. I was told that the order hadn't been allocated but it was now corrected and the order would be with me in 20 minutes time. After 1/2 hour, still no delivery, so I called again and was advised that it was too late to send a driver and they would cancel my order. I asked for compensation for the inconvenience and was advised they would send a £5 voucher out..........I'm still waiting for the voucher.

ONLINE ORDER MADNESS

Did Online Order,made mistake on size of crisps ordered,wouldn't change them despite obvs offering to pay the extra etc,ridiculous!Staff unhelpful,online complaints useless,and also noticed you have to pay 10% for substituted items,joke!Rarely shop there anyway but won't be bothering to do another online order again on this experience as who won't exchange items for what someone actually wanted???

We ordered something for dinner tonight…

We ordered something for dinner tonight 21st September. They said it would be delivered between 7 and 8pm and we haven't received it. I called them and they said it had been delivered but not to us but someone else. I have paid for it so now I have to try and get my money back

The thiefs at the coop…

Do not use if items are nissimg from your shopping they will try there best not to refund you.
Got online shop item missing store (Croftfoot, Glasgow where all the staff are rude and thiefs) said it was in the bag and have blamed delivery driver and called coop contact center and they arr refusing to replace or refund.
The coop dont know the meaning of community shop there brand is all wrong and the staff they employ leave alot to be desired.
The croftfoot store in glasgow must be one of the worst store to go into as staff are rude, disgusting and ate more intrested in standing about chatting than doing the job there paid for.
Go elsewhere to be quite frank you'll save money as the coop is over priced for the **** they sell.

iPhone glitch with coop app

Have been using coop app for a while now and have always found the app to be clunky and annoying. Even so the delivery has been ok until last night.
After the order email confirmation arrived I got another to say my order was being picked. Then I got an email saying that because they were busy the order would be late. 3 hours after the deadline I managed to get through to customer service.
Apparently they had no address to deliver to.
The app doesn’t seem to recognise me even though I am signed in. It always asks for my address.
I was told that there is an IPhone glitch that will not allow autofill.
My problem with this is that my order still went through and payment was processed but they had no idea who to deliver to.
Secondly I did it via the app so they must have had my customer number and yet no one contacted me to ask for my address.
How is any of this possible?
Third, why is it so difficult to find a number for coop customers service. It should be on the app making it easy to correct any flaws in their system.
Come on coop we know you can’t run an events stadium but delivering food locally must be easier than this.
Moral is…
Don’t use iPhone autofill and write your address manually if it asks you to fill in your details or just go to the nearest store and avoid the app.

The Co-op advertised a competition on…

The Co-op advertised a competition on the iphone - Unfortuntely both myself and wife tried to login to our respective accounts to be shown 2 popups saying our membership numbers were incorrect and that something had gone wrong. Yet I could login to my account on the web using the correct credentials ? - whats going on CO-OP don't you want us to enter the competition ?

Coop takes your money

Adds 10% for ‘substitution’ which they then fail
To return. Also on website says 2-5 days but the support team turn that into 10 10
Working days. Support team are drones who repeat rhetoric without engaging brains as any fool could see the amount added was not 10% and not refunded . Teams rely on automation that does not work. Useless application also, crashed like 10 times when placing an order for only 10
Items. Not worth the stress or aggro from such a poor service provider

COOP Will service takes to long

I am writing this review to tell people my experience of the Will writing service. My journey began back on 13th March. Had my initial telephone interview to discuss my needs for my new will this took 2 hours.Had my draft in early May, posted it back for a few amendments. I am still waiting now for the final Will copy. 7 th of June
I have been in contact with the service over the last month chasing this Will, always having excuses that it's with the financial team..
So I have put in a complaint
3 months to write a straight forward will seems extremely long time to me. Especially when I paid up front for it. Ref 6706832.

Beware when you get delivery from coop

Beware when you get delivery from coop. 2 days on bread 5 days on chicken breast. Bananas not very good. Got refund for bread. But whats the point of buying online for delivery when you have to go to the shop anyway. Stock close to sell by date should go to charity not charged at full price .

Have Banked with the Coop business bank for the past 30 years, Annila tool my call to today and found her very helpful, caring snd understanding. A credit to the Bank ! Pardon my pun .

Just spoken to Annila in business. I got through to wrong part of bank. She was very helpful, after around 7 min wait we were sorted in a couple of minutes. Thanks for your patience.

If you're hungry don't use the Coop

How could the Coop get it so wrong so many times!
I am disappointed about their poor delivery service - 28/3, 12/3 (last 2 instances).
And after calling customer service and getting assurance that the order is now being processed, it still doesn't turn up.
What's even more annoying is that the customer is expected to chase them for their groceries, rather than the Coop informing their customer that the order will be late or cannot be processed until the following day.
This is poor practice and bad service!!!

I don't know why the online banking has…

I don't know why the online banking has been so positively reviewed. The "upgraded" website is worse to use. You used to be able to download a csv file for your monthly transactions - I now don't know what has happened to that. Verification codes for online transactions sometimes don't arrive or are late. When you speak to staff they are great to deal with but wait times are stated as 60 minutes when you need to speak to someone - and I can believe it when I have been on the phone twice in the last week for more than half an hour before giving up. I have heard this 60 minute warning before so it is not new. The website is forever trying to log you out so when you are trying to cross reference some paperwork with your account and don't keep an eye out for the warning you get logged out. Making a payment from your account is long winded and worse than any other organisation I can think of. I have been with Coop banking a long time but it really does try your patience far too often. When you complain you get a half hearted response which doesn't address the issues you have raised. If the problems continue I can't see me being with the Coop bank much longer.
