The team at Ajax has been excellent to work with. They responded quickly to our requests, were always polite and professional, and took the time to visit us in person to resolve our issue. Their support was efficient, practical, and genuinely helpful throughout the process. We appreciate their prompt service and commitment to ensuring everything was resolved smoothly.

Ajax is the best system security that I have tried in my life, it's helpful and so easy and if u have any trouble ! Ajax support are the best and I've talked to them they are kind and very supportive!

I used a Delta Dore alarm system for many years, then switched to the solution sold by Ajax after very positive reviews online.

Since then I've been delighted — the system is extremely well designed and very easy to install and configure with a simple QR code; it's so much easier than my old system.

The Ajax app is fast and very stable; again, it's very well thought out and functional. The hardware works very well — no issues since installation! Recently I installed an Ajax dome camera and, again, it was set up in a few minutes with excellent performance: configurable detection, alerts, and a timeline that's so easy to view.

It's great gear, the app interface is top-notch, and you can tell it's really up-to-date. I can only recommend using Ajax to protect your home.

Works well, especially with the mobile data as a backup. No issues with the system.

I think there could be improvements to the app, and also I would be a huge benefit if auto enable/disable was an option on the geofence, rather than having to do it manually

Using Ajax alarm (Jeweller) already for several years and more than happy with it. Easy to use, reliable and easy to mantain.

I emailed them rather late in the evening and they responded first thing in the morning. Their email was concise and the steps easy to follow.
A problem I had not been able to solve on my own, through Google or YT they answered in a short friendly and prompt reply.

Excellent products, affordable pro stuff, nothing like the cheap chinese toys, easy to install and what's best: their support is by far the best I have seen. They are really interested in providing their customers with A class support: fast, knowledgeable, polite. I highly recommend Ajax products.
