Ajax support are just super. Very friendly and going out of their way to assist you in any means possible.

I have experienced many issue on how to set the systems to work on many cases of scenario. Everytime, I message to AJAX Technical Support team, they could respond me very quick and with full details of the instructions and information for me to learn more further. This is good services.

Very happy with the new system and would like to suggest an option to bypass certain zones while in the "ARM" and "NIGHT MODE".

If you would like to leave a window open while sleeping during Night Mode.

I was phoning up to enquiry about the specification of the power draw from various technologies and for support on a solution we are creating. The support I got was 5*. She was excellent and understanding my issues and very patient and provided me with all the information I required.

Very easy to use. I can access the camera on my screen 24 seven. The camera is in the tv lounge,and the hall. Not in private soace ie my brothers bedroom. We need this camera,due to my brother suffering with parkinsons desease. So we have peace of mind with the camera. Regards John and Darren Payne

apart from great products in the alarm systems range Ajax has an exceptional support quality. i have never experienced a company that responded i such a short period of time (on a sunday..) and in a such competetent way. i assume they have the support in house and not outsourced ;-) thx for great products and fabulous support quality

Awesome system and support, recommend

Very user-friendly mobile app and highly configurable, making it easy to adjust the system to our needs and arm different areas of the house separately.
The Ajax system was easily installed by a distributor, and when I later decided to protect the outside areas of my home, there was always a solution available to meet our requirements.
The only downside is that one of the outdoor devices is sometimes triggered by neighbourhood cats.

We needed support to resolve an issue with equipment installed on our client network, and the response was quick and comprehensive, which helped us resolve the problems. We are very satisfied with the support service from the Axax team.

Overall the experience is very good. The installed alarm system on my place have never failed so far. No false alarms or so. Although, I am not much satisfied with the keyboard. I would recommend an indication of the numbers being pressed when you enter your password or an addition of a small screen where you would be able to see the pressed numbers (or hidden with bullets, at least to be sure that you pressed them). Also, the existing speaker on the keyboard to be able to notify you for at least the opening/closing of the main entrance.

Didn't need support so far, my system and the app is working perfectly.

My review is in two parts.
The good - we had a problem with the audible alarm being triggered by movement in a monitored area even though the system was disarmed.
It didn't make sense to us so we reported the problem and Support responded very quickly with several suggestions depending on our system settings, one of which solved the problem immediately.
Very impressive.
The "sort of" bad - we have had the same alarm system for over 20 years so when our existing system required changing, our security guy installed the Ajax system.
Everything is similar except the keypads and we don't like them at all.
Just a personal non-preference as we are not used to app based programs to arm and disarm the system as we have always done that on the keypad, we find the keypad hard to use and the app hard to remember to arm.
But maybe that is just us.

Overall, very good system, very easy to use , also with good customer support. Main issue for me is the "door protect " devices qualty, they are not reliable enough (remaining in open or close state while door has changed position ) and I had to change several if a short time frame.

Ajax is an excellent security system reliable, modern, and very easy to use. The app is user-friendly, notifications are fast, and the equipment looks professional. Great performance, strong quality, and highly recommended for homes and businesses.
