Only 4 out of 6 bottles delivered despite paying for 6. On contacting customer service was told two of the bottles were our of stock and they were going to send two different bottles (of a lesser value !)

I am really sorry for the disappointment in two of the wines you've chosen being out of stock. My colleague has replaced these with two others however they have also refunded the difference in price. That credit is on your account to use at any time. Thanks, Vicki

We appreciate your suggestion for having a separate pot where you can store the cash received from interest and will consider it.
On a side note, you can keep an eye on the interest you've earned by following the steps below:
1. Go to your 'Menu'.
2. Select 'Interest on cash'.
3. Check the total interest earned for each currency under 'Your earnings'.
