Having booked the test and received the kit it was upsetting and annoying that you sunsetted the video part to another company the day before our tests were due to be taken. Not very helpful in an already stressful process.

4 hours to get results expected in 20 minutes/ 3 hours
Excellent Azova telehealth service. Prentice Instructions provided at various points about activating kit differ depending on what faqs you read. Test results took nearly 4 hours to be received which was very stressful. No number to contact anyone for delayed testing results

Not exactly great. The girl was very helpful and patient with us but as older people we find these tests for holidays very stressful. But we got through it with her help.
